Je suis venu échanger un cadeaux car mauvaise grandeur cependant comme cet article étais gratuit car était dans la promotion fête des mères,on m’a toute suite dit , on en a plus pis de toute façons c’est un article gratuit. Franchement quel service la facture était quand même de 250.00$ pour avoir ce bracelet gratuit . Tout ce que cette vendeuse a fait pour moi et avec un regard de mépris et un air de je m’en fou de toi , c’est de me donner le numéro du service à la clientèle . Et là la saga du mauvais service se poursuit Avec le service clientèle, me dit que pour faire un échange je dois aller en succursale. Ça va faire le jeux du ping-pong.j’étais une bonne cliente des bijoux Pandora mais c’est terminé. Pire service de ma vie. Conseil à tous ceux qui veulent acheter des bijoux Pandora n’allez surtout pas à place ste-foy. Et pensez y deux fois avant d’acheter la marque mauvais service après vente.
Execrable service,
I came to exchange a gift because it was the wrong size, however, as this article was free because it was in the Mother's Day promotion, I was immediately told, we have worse anyway, it's a free article. Frankly what a service the bill was still $250.00 to have this free bracelet. All this saleswoman did for me, and with a look of contempt and an air of I don't give a damn about you, was give me the customer service number. And there the saga of bad service continues With customer service, tells me that to make an exchange I have to go to a branch. It's going to play ping-pong. I was a good customer of Pandora jewelry but it's over. Worst service in my life. Advice to all those who want to buy Pandora jewelry, do not go to Place Ste-Foy. And think twice before buying the brand bad after sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad to say that I got an awkward service there. I went there with my friend to buy rings and no one greeted me nor came to see me. At some point (after a while) they came to see us and asked my friend (girl) if she needed help and when I said the rings were for myself, she kept answering and asking questions to my friend... we were really confused. Basically I would ask the questions and my friend would get the answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Impossible to get receipt cross stores. Tried to exchange a defective product and was sent back to Montreal to get my receipt. Contact the Montreal store by phone and nothing could be done to get me the receipt. How about take a picture of it and email \ Text it? It basic customer service. Don't make me drive down to Montreal .... You get what you pay for I guess.
