★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçue, la chaîne s'est cassée après un mois et suite à la réparation la soudure parrait, pour un bijoux à 250$ je m'attendais à un bien meilleur service.
Mise à jour... J'ai pris le temps de vous écrire et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Je suis retournée en succursale aujourd'hui pour récupérer le collier suite à une deuxième réparation. La deuxième souture est encore plus mal faite que la première, la chaîne est maintenant croche. Je vous conseille fortement d'optimiser votre service à la clientèle. Je suis allée directement chez Doucet pour une nouvelle chaîne et j'ai été très bien servie. Comme quoi c'est possible!!

L'employée m'a bien conseillé et a su respecter les goûts énumérés afin de satisfaire du mieux que possible notre fille qui portera ce précieux bijou avec fierté. Un gros merci pour la patience de Sylvie et son honnêteté à bien vouloir servir son client.

Si vous magasinez des bijoux à la Place Laurier, commencez par cet endroit, vous serez servis et conseillés à la hauteur de vos attentes! Clin d'œil à Huguette et Jacob pour leur service impeccable, ma chaîne me va très bien et je l'adore. Entièrement satisfait de ma première visite, et ça ne sera certainement pas la dernière!
I have been to this jewelry store recently for the purchase of a silver chain, and wanted to look at the watches as well. The first thing I noticed was that I was greeted warmly and courteously. Bientôt 2mois , j’ai échangé un bijou avec une montre que le magasin devait faire venir d’une autre succursale, la montre est livrée brisée au magasin. Je n’accepte pas de la prendre et je change de modèle et là ça fait presque un autre mois que j’attend et a chaque fois que j’appelle.
On me demande d’attendre.
Je ne recommande pas ce magasin ni le service offert

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beaux produits, mais très mauvais service après vente. J'ai acheté une bague en succursale lors du vendredi fou. Il y avait un rabais et on m'a même offert un 15 % supplémentaire qui n'était pas prévu. Il y avait 1 mois d'attente pour la production de la bague. Lorsque je suis rentré chez moi, j'ai vu sur leur site que la bague était presque 100 $ moins cher que ce que j'ai payé et ce, incluant le le 15 % qui n'était pas prévu. J'ai téléphoné pour demander si l'on pouvait vérifier si je pourrais avoir une réduction puisqu'il semblait que j'ai payé trop cher. On m'assure dit qu'on va me rappeler le lundi suivant et qu'une note est inscrite à mon dossier, ils font des suivis chaque semaine pour les dossiers des clients. On me m'a jamais rappelé et je n'ai pas insisté puisque je me disais qu'ils devaient être occupés avec la période des fêtes. Je vais chercher ma bague lorsqu'elle est prête. Surprise, il est impossible de mettre une note dans le dossier des clients, le système ne fonctionne pas de cette façon et la caissière n'a pas de note avec ma commande. La caissière imprime ma facture avec une note et la met sur le comptoir pour que le vendeur fasse un suivi avec moi à son retour. Nous voici un mois plus tard et aucune nouvelle. Très déçu par leur service et leurs prix gonflés en succursale. 2 étoiles juste parce que la bague est belle. Si vous voulez leurs produits passez par internet vous allez sauver de l'argent. La succursale est à éviter!
Beautiful products, but very bad after sales service. I bought a branch ring on Fouly Friday. There was a discount and I was even offered an additional 15% that was not planned. I was never reminded and I did not insist because I thought they had to be busy with the holiday season. I'm going to get my ring when it is ready. Surprise, it is impossible to note in the client folder, the system does not work in this way and the cashier does not have a note with my order. The cashier prints my bill with a note and puts it on the counter so that the seller will follow up with me on his return. Here we are a month later and no news. Very disappointed by their service and prices swollen in branch. 2 stars just because the ring is beautiful. If you want their products go through the Internet you will save money. The branch is to avoid!
