M	Melodie Auclair-soucy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrêment déçue,des promesses non-tenues, à chaque fois que j'appelle pour avoir des nouvelles de mes commandes elles me disent à chaque fois,sans exceptions, qu'elles sont occupées avec des clients au magasins donc ils me rappelleront dans 15mins et il y a fallu que JE les rappelle 45 minutes plus tard (cette même situation est arrivé à deux reprises) juste pour vous dire c'est la première fois que je met une avis sur google,pour vous montrer à quelle point je suis déçue Extremely disappointed, broken promises, every time I call to hear about my orders they tell me every time, without exceptions, that they are busy with customers at the stores so they will call me back in 15mins and I had to call them back 45 minutes later (this same situation happened twice) just to tell you this is the first time that I put a review on google, to show you how disappointed I am

C'est correct, je l'ai changé moi-même, merci. Nice lack of professionalism coming from the person who tells me with arrogance that it is the mechanism of my watch which does not work any more whereas it is only the battery which was badly installed. It's ok, I changed it myself, thank you.

Comment ramener un achat dans les 30 jours si vos boutiques sont fermées et que le retour par la poste n'est pas possible? L'endroit où nous sommes supposés envoyer le colis n'est même pas ouvert non plus! Prix plus élevés qu'ailleurs pour la même marchandise (même clarté de diamant, même taille, etc.) Do not respect their standard return conditions (without covid) and do not offer any relief measures for Covid. How do you bring back a purchase within 30 days if your stores are closed and return by post is not possible? The place we're supposed to send the package to isn't even open either! Higher prices than elsewhere for the same commodity (same diamond clarity, same size, etc.)

Ayant hâte de la porter, je n’arrivais pas à ajuster le bracelet à mon poignet. Je cherchais un expert sur place, dans le centre commercial. On m’a dirigé chez Luxedor. Non seulement l’ajustement a-t-il été fait, mais l'horlogère m’a montré comment procéder à l’avenir, tout en refusant que je la paie ! Ne lui ayant rien acheté, c’est pour moi la moindre des choses de lui faire la publicité que voilà. Yesterday, March 18, 2022. I bought a cheap watch from Walmart, Laurier. Without services. That's what I wanted. Looking forward to wearing it, I couldn't adjust the bracelet to my wrist. I was looking for an expert on the spot, in the mall. I was directed to Luxedor. Not only was the adjustment made, but the watchmaker showed me how to do it in the future, while refusing that I pay it! Not having bought anything from him, it is for me the least of things to advertise him here.
