Suite à votre réponse , j'aimerais corriger que l'on ne m'a, en aucun moment , mentionné que ce n'était ni échangeable, ni remboursable. Votre jeune employé peut vous le confirmer. J'ai bien reçu un appel téléphonique du jeune en question, pour me dire que vous ne pouviez rien faire pour moi et me suggérer de modifier les tables en question en ajoutant des surfaces de matériaux différents par dessus . Un autre investissement de ma part pour un produit dispendieux , mal conçu qi ne convient pas du toutaux besoins exprimés et ne correspond pas à l'image de la page web du manufacturier. Un échange avec retenue aurait été beaucoup plus responsable de votre part.

Following your answer, I would like to correct that I was never mentioned at any time that it was neither exchangeable nor refundable. Your young employee can confirm this for you. I did receive a phone call from the young person in question, to tell me that there was nothing you could do for me and to suggest that I modify the tables in question by adding surfaces of different materials on top. Another investment on my part for an expensive, poorly designed product that does not suit the expressed needs at all and does not match the image of the manufacturer's web page. A trade with restraint would have been much more responsible on your part.
