Very arrogant seller, we were looking for a round rug! They gave us the answer that he had not had this for 10 years with an earlier unpleasant attitude!

On nous a consenti un rajustement de prix de 750 $ sous prétexte que JC Perreault (le magasin où le produit était moins cher) ne livrait pas gratuitement (selon un des directeurs) ce qui est faux car JC Perreault livre 2 fois par mois à Québec tout à fait gratuitement. Nous sommes retourné pour vérifier le prix de chaises de cuisine en se basant sur un modèle en particulier mais voilà qu'en recontactant le vendeur de JC Perreault, la même chaise se vendait 339$ au lieu 440$ de moins (6 chaises x6 plus les taxes représentait une économie de près de 700$). La vendeuse chez Tanguay était très gentille (c'est pour elle l'étoile) mais le directeur intransigeant. Dommage car nous voulions encourager les marchands d'ici mais avec un si grand écart pour les prix, on choisit la santé de notre portefeuille. Qui plus est, nous avons acheté un fauteuil FJORDS l'an dernier et malheureusement nous attendons encore des pièces de remplacement pour un défaut du fauteuil. Bref, nous ne nous sommes pas encore assis dans notre fauteuil acheté en décembre 2020. Supposément, qu'il est réparable mais on en doute.....Nous aurions apprécié un échange état donnée qu'il est neuf We bought a kitchen table only to find a few days later that the same product was $ 1000 cheaper in Montreal. What's more, we bought a FJORDS chair last year and unfortunately we are still awaiting replacement parts for a chair defect. In short, we have not yet sat in our chair bought in December 2020. Supposedly, it is repairable but we doubt it ..... We would have appreciated an exchange given that it is new

Cette semaine, en arrivant à l'entrée, un homme nous arrêtait parce qu'il avait des questions à poser....nom, numéro de téléphone et croyez-le ou non, rien à voir avec la pandémie....JUSTE POUR AVOIR DES INFORMATIONS SUR VOUS prétextant qu'on voulait conserver ces contacts. Ayant refusé de se plier à cette demande, disons-le, assez surprenante, nous avons fait quelques pas et finalement, nous sommes carrément sortis du magasin. Jamais plus....C'EST DU GROS SÉRIEUX LEUR AFFAIRE....VOYONS DONC! Never again! This week, arriving at the entrance, a man was stopping us because he had questions to ask .... name, phone number and believe it or not, nothing to do with the pandemic .... JUST TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT YOU on the pretext that we wanted to keep these contacts. Having refused to comply with this request, let's say it, quite surprisingly, we took a few steps and finally, we left the store altogether. Never again .... IT'S BIG SERIOUS THEIR BUSINESS .... Leur fameuse garantie antitache est un partenariat vraiment INNEFFICACE, placé une demande de service par téléphone le 2 sept 2021 et une autre en ligne le 6 dec parce que je n'avais AUCUNE nouvelle.... j'essaie de parler a quelqu'un et PERSONNE me répond après casi 1 hr d'attente. Je suis désolée cher TANGUAY mais vous m'avez perdue pour mes futurs achat. Étant passionnée de déco je sais que j'en referai plusieurs mais pas chez vous. I've been buying from Tanguay since I was old enough to spend on furniture, I've always found the service impeccable, but since September 2021 I've been HUGEly disappointed. Their infamous stain warranty is a truly INEFFECTIVE partnership, placed a service request over the phone Sept 2, 2021 and another online Dec 6 because I had NO news.... trying to speak to someone and NO ONE answers me after almost 1 hour of waiting. I'm sorry dear TANGUAY but you lost me for my future purchases. Being passionate about decoration, I know that I will make several of them again, but not at your place.

P	Poland Buck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a couple furnitures there. HOWEVER Everytime I sit on my sofa I can hear a hoice whisper " Chris, tu me fe mal". What does that mean, anyone know? Sounds like French but I don't know French, so... I also feel small bumps in the sofa sometimes, and I don't know why. AND strangely, since the day my sofa arrived, my neighbor disappeared. He recommanded that sofa to me. He insisted on inspecting it, but I never saw him again. VERY WEIRD
