Continuez a jouer les snobs ! Very bad service, I know what it must have air, but the saleswoman on site totally ignored us, we ended up at The Bay and we were very well advised, $ 600 purchase! Continue to play the snobs!

À la première utilisation sur la cuisinière, le fond de la casserole a fendu. Le 19 janvier 2017, retour à la boutique. On nous a mentionné que cette casserole n’était pas en fonte et ne pouvait être utilisée sur une cuisinière. Surprise !!! Lors de l’achat nous avions demandé les différences entre les modèles proposés. En apparences, elles étaient toutes semblables, émaillées à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur. Jamais il nous a été mentionné que certaines n’étaient pas en fonte et ne pouvait être utilisée sur une cuisinière. Pourtant, s’il y a une différence importante, c’est bien celle-là! On a demandé à être remboursé ou qu’il remplace la casserole par un modèle en fonte pouvant être utilisé sur une cuisinière. Refus catégorique. On nous a mentionné de s’adresser par courriel au service à la clientèle. À quoi ça sert d’acheter en boutique, si on est mal informé et que l’on doit s’adresser par courriel pour le service? Même réponse du service à la clientèle. Plainte à l’office de la protection du consommateur qui était d’avis, selon notre compte-rendu, qu’en omettant de nous dire que cette casserole ne pouvait être utilisé sur une cuisinière, le vendeur a passé sous silence un fait important, contrevenant à l’article 228 de la loi sur la protection du consommateur. Mise en demeure à Le Creuset. Finalement nous avons eu un remboursement. Février 2017, Pour le même prix, on a acheté une casserole en fonte émaillée d’une autre marque et nous en sommes très satisfait ! On December 29, 2016, we bought a 4.2L saucepan at the LE CREUSET boutique in Place Ste-Foy. At first use on the stove, the bottom of the pan cracked. January 19, 2017, return to the store. We were told that this pan was not cast iron and could not be used on a stove. Surprise !!! When buying we asked for the differences between the models proposed. In appearance, they were all alike, glazed inside and out. We have never been told that some were not cast iron and could not be used on a stove. However, if there is one important difference, it is this one! It was asked to be paid back or replace the pan by a cast iron model that can be used on a stove. Categorical refusal. We were told to email customer service. What is the point of buying in the shop, if you are not well informed and you have to send an email for the service? Same answer from customer service. Complaint to the Consumer Protection Board that our opinion was that, by failing to tell us that this pan could not be used on a stove, the vendor ignored an important fact, contravening section 228 of the Consumer Protection Act. Notice to Le Creuset. Finally we got a refund. February 2017, For the same price, we bought an enamelled cast iron pan of another brand and we are very satisfied!
E	Eric Gaudreau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LA référence sur le marché en matière de fonte émaillée. Superbes cocottes, braisières, wok et accessoires du cuisine. Le prix est justifié pour ces articles de belle facture, fait pour durer longtemps. Les casseroles en acier inoxydable n’ont pas ma faveur cependant. Je les trouvent minces pour le prix demandé. THE market benchmark for enameled cast iron. Superb casseroles, braising pans, wok and kitchen accessories. The price is justified for these beautifully made items, made to last a long time. Stainless steel cookware is not in my favor, however. I find them thin for the asking price.

Je déteste les boutiques qui n’offrent pas le service après vente. Ils font leur vente et après ils se fous de toi et te réfère au service à la clientèle chez Creuset qui soit dit en passant est long et compliqué. Jamais je ne retournerai à cette boutique de Place Ste-Foy pour acheter quoi que ce soit. En ces temps difficile pour tout le monde vous devriez faire attention à votre clientèle. Ce n’est pas de vendre qui est important c’est le service que vous offrez après la vente domt nous nous souvenons... I bought a set of dishes last December. ($$$$$$) No one told us that at the slightest stab the plates were all marked. I hate stores that don't offer after sales service. They make their sale and then they laugh at you and refer you to customer service at Creuset which by the way is long and complicated. I will never go back to this Place Ste-Foy store to buy anything. In these difficult times for everyone you should be careful with your customers. It’s not about selling that is important, it’s the service you provide after the sale.

J'ai eu un problème avec ma poivrière en l'utilisant pour la première fois et on m'en a envoyé une nouvelle rapidement. Good in-store service and EXCELLENT customer service! I had a problem with my pepper shaker using it for the first time and got a new one promptly.
O	OG San on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a nonstick pan, its been used for two years, now the layer is nolonger nonstick, I called le creuset for three times for repairing, they always said I need to email them the details, but never get emailed back. Now its been three months since first time I called their customer service number, nothing has been dealt with sofar I am so disappointed. And I would never buy anything from lecreuset again.

Thinking that picking up a purchased item from this store would be a suitable second option for a customer, but again no. So, I will not be buying from here ever again and hopefully the Quebec government will allow a solid company like Williams and Sonoma to deliver to residents of Quebec! They have a fantastic store in Montreal but are not allowed to ship in Quebec. Unreal all around.
