★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'avais fait faire les verres de lunettes avec une monture ancienne provenant d'un autre commerce en septembre 2021. Vers février 2022, j'ai eu un problème et le verre du côté droit tombait tout le temps. J'ai appelé et j'ai pu avoir un rdv le lendemain. Sur place, j'ai très peu attendu: l'opticienne a pu réparer mes lunettes (remettre une vis était nécessaire) tout de suite et sans frais! Vraiment un bon service. Le seul désavantage est que, comme souvent au Québec en raison de la pénurie de main d'oeuvre, le commerce n'a pas des heures d'ouvertures étendue et ils sont en sous-effectifs... Mais les employées qui y sont ont fait du bon travail, à l'achat, à la récupération et à la récente réparation. Bravo et merci!
I had the glasses lenses made with an old frame from another store in September 2021. Around February 2022, I had a problem and the lens on the right side was falling all the time. I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. On site, I waited very little: the optician was able to repair my glasses (refitting a screw was necessary) right away and at no cost! Really good service. The only disadvantage is that, as often in Quebec due to the shortage of manpower, the business does not have extended opening hours and they are understaffed... But the employees who are there have did a great job, purchase, recovery and recent repair. Well done and thank you!
