★ ★ ★ ★ ★ achat montre Hugo Boss à Laurier. Lors de cet achat, on m'informe que ma garantie est bonne aux Galeries de la Capitales aussi. Un mois après l'achat, bris de la montre (défaut), je me présente aux Galeries mais on me réfère à Laurier pour échange. J'arrive à Laurier et le gérant refuse de reprendre la montre et de la retourner à la compagnie. Mauvaise information et mauvais service aux clients. Plus JAMAIS je n'achèterai dans ce magasin qui n'a aucun respect pour la clientèle.
Hugo Boss watch at Laurier. During this purchase, I am informed that my warranty is good at Galeries de la Capitales too. One month after the purchase, breakage of the watch (default), I go to the Galleries but I am referred to Laurier for exchange. I arrive at Laurier and the manager refuses to take the watch back and return it to the company. Bad information and bad service to customers. More NEVER I will buy in this store that has no respect for the customers.
