★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juste waw j'adore cette boutique, on s'est fait percer mon amie et moi ça s'est très bien passé j'ai eu un excellent service et malgré mon stress l'employée a su me rassurer.
Je recommande vraiment cette place pour le perçage et bijoux.
 Just waw I love this shop, we had my friend pierced and I went very well I had excellent service and despite my stress the employee was able to reassure me.
I really recommend this place for piercing and jewelry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été dans la boutique pendant plus d'une vingtaine de minutes pour chercher un cadeau pour ma petite sœur. À part mes amis et moi, il n'y avait qu'un autre client dans le magasin. Pas une fois, une employée n'est venu nous voir, ne serait-ce que pour dire bonjour. Elles ne nous ont jamais proposé d'aide, même après que je les aille interpellé gentiment. Elles nous donnait vraiment l'impression qu'elles ne voulaient pas que l'on soit présent... C'était un peu plate mettons :/
BTW: ne vous faites jamais percer là, aller dans un salon professionnel je vous en prie!
I was in the store for over twenty minutes looking for a present for my little sister. Other than my friends and I, there was only one other customer in the store. Not once has an employee come to see us, if only to say hello. They never offered to help us, even after I gently addressed them. They really gave us the impression that they didn't want us to be present ... It was a bit boring let's say: /
BTW: never get drilled there, go to a trade show please!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons acheté un pack de 3 paires pour 16.50 $ et nous avons pas la possibilité de rembourser. J’avais acheté une paire au galeries il y a longtemps et ca marchait parfaitement. J’ai acheté 3 paires a place laurier et aucunes des 3 fonctionnent. L’aimant ne s’accroche meme pas a l’oreille. Aucune possibilité de remboursement j’ai dépensé 16.50 pour un produit qui marche pas.Quand j’ai voulu demander a la caissiere pourquoi l’artcile marchait pas elle m’a dit en me coupant la parole « c’est vente finale » elle me dit aussi qu’elle ne sait pas pourquoi « ca marche pas » pire experience dans un magasin que j’ai jamais eu.
We bought a pack of 3 pairs for $16.50 and are unable to refund. I had bought a pair at the galleries a long time ago and it worked perfectly. I bought 3 pairs at place laurier and none of the 3 work. The magnet does not even cling to the ear. No possibility of refund I spent 16.50 for a product that does not work. When I wanted to ask the cashier why the item did not work she told me, cutting me off "it's final sale" she told me also says she doesn't know why "it doesn't work" worst store experience I've ever had.
