J'ai acheté des bottes à 260$ il y a 12 jours et lorsque j'y suis retourné pour expliquer qu'il y avait un défaut dans le cuir, on m'a accusé que c'était faux et que c'était moi qui les avait accroché sans me poser de questions. Elle m'avait tout de même proposer d'arranger le défaut et lorsqu'elle est revenue avec ma botte, c'était pire puisqu'ils ont arraché le cuir. J'ai acheté une autre paire identique puisque j'aime le modèle et j'ai comparé les deux paires pour me rendre compte que c'était même pas le même cuir. J'espère sincèrement que cette situation n'arrivera pas à un autre client.
 Very disappointed with my experience. I bought $ 260 boots 12 days ago and when I returned to explain that there was a flaw in the leather I was accused it was fake and it was me who had hung them without asking me questions. She still offered to fix the defect and when she came back with my boot, it was worse because they tore the leather. I bought another identical pair since I like the model and compared the two pairs to realize that it was not even the same leather. I sincerely hope this situation will not happen to other customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvaise expérience client. Les vendeurs nous regardaient et ils ne sont pas venus nous voir. Ils étaient debout à attendre que le temps passe. J’ai dû moi même demander de l’aide. On ne m’a pas poser de questions pour établir mes besoins.
Lorsque j’ai demandé des informations sur un produit, on m’a pas bien expliqué les caractéristiques de celui ci. Je n’étais vraiment pas convaincu de procéder à l’achat.
Les réponses étaient à courtes et sur un ton assez direct. J’ai eu l’impression de me faire juger.
Je ne retournerais pas à ce magasin!
Bad customer experience. The vendors were looking at us and they didn't come to see us. They were on their feet waiting for time to pass. I had to ask for help myself. I was not asked any questions to establish my needs.
When I asked for information on a product, I was not well explained the characteristics of this one. I really wasn't convinced to make the purchase.
The answers were short and in a fairly direct tone. I felt like I was being judged.
I would not return to this store!
