Dorval, vous avez droit à votre opinion, cela ne vous permet cependant pas pour autant d’écrire ce genre de commentaire haineux, déplacé et irrespectueux. De plus, il n’est jamais avantageux pour soi d’essayer de faire mal paraître les autres. La vie est bien trop courte, madame, pour perdre son précieux temps à intimider les autres. A.Dorval, you have the right for your opinion, but it doesn’t give you the right to make hateful and disrespecful comments. As well, you never look good trying to make someone else look bad. Life is way too short wasting our precious time intimidating others. Team Marciano Quebec, keep up your amazing work and the clothes are gorgeous!
For my part, I have never seen such a client-oriented team. The staff working there are dedicated, welcoming and warm. A. Dorval, you have the right to your opinion, but that does not allow you to write this kind of hateful, inappropriate and disrespectful comment. Also, it never pays off to try to make others look bad. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt the clothes look amazing BUT unfortunately the quality is very poor. And dealing with them for an exchange or replacement is an absolute nightmare!
I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and would have shopped there again but the manager Genevieve is impossible to deal with, she is condescending and not very bright ( light is on but nobody is home ). I would count that as the worst retail experience I have ever had in my life. Somebody needs to train these people in “ customer service 101 “
