★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered some shirts online, one is a bit too snug so I emailed RW-CO Consumer Support to ask them « How to return my unworn shirt ».... Days passed, then Weeks. Emailed them 2 more times. Again, No answer. I finally got a reply letting me know that “Unfortunately“ I was pass the period for return! ? Tried to reply to them that it was THEM that cause the delay not answering my 3 emails... Never heard from them since. Beware.... I think Old Reitman doesn’t gets today’s online reality. Won’t be surprised if they follow Sears or Zellers Footsteps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clothes. Mostly my style. Had very very good service sometimes but had also bad service many times. Employees that cares about their jobs and you is what makes the best experience. Those who tries to avoid questions and answers like they don't care is what makes me stop shopping there on my visits. I still recommend hoping to get a good employee each times.
