Mais ils ont de la bonne crème à glace (juste si tu dip dans le chocolat) Unlike the opening hours on google, choco fav place de la cité is not open on Saturday evening until 9 p.m.! But they got good ice cream (just if you dip in chocolate)

La crème glacée était tellement granuleuse, limite avec des morceaux de glace à l’intérieur. Il manquait beaucoup de chocolat dans nos bols, la portion n’était pas généreuse comparée aux autres Chocolat Favoris. Vraiment pas à la hauteur de la qualité de la compagnie. J’espère que ce n’est pas toujours comme cela... So disappointed with the Favorite Chocolate at Place de la Cité! I am a regular and this was my first time at this one. The ice cream was so crumbly, bordering on chunks of ice cream inside. Our bowls were missing a lot of chocolate, the portion was not generous compared to other Favorite Chocolates. Really not up to the quality of the company. I hope it's not always like this ...

Toutefois je n’ai pas aimé la poutine de la poutine week dans laquelle le bacon n’était pas frais et ne se mariait pas avec les saveurs. Je conseille particulièrement les crèmes molles trempées dans le chocolat qui est incroyablement bon a cet endroit !! Favorite chocolate is without a doubt my favorite creamery! However I did not like the poutine of the poutine week in which the bacon was not fresh and did not mix with the flavors. I particularly recommend the soft creams dipped in chocolate which is incredibly good at this place !!
T	Tommy Larouche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ le pir chocolato que jai été ! 2iem dans la file attendu 25 minute pour finalement partir car c'était trop long ! environ 15 personne ont passer dansa fil apres nous et sont reparti apres 5 minute ! les 2 employer travaillais au ralenti et n'était pas actif du tout the worst chocolato I've ever been! 2nd in line waited 25 minutes to finally leave because it was too long! about 15 people went through the wire after us and left after 5 minutes! the 2 employees were working in slow motion and not active at all

P	Poland Buck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely better than its closest competitor but not the best ice cream I have ever tasted. And since this is inside a mall, it is smaller than your average store so you don't have access to all the products. My only complaint is that since this shop is next to an escalator, the hem of my pants got caught and I fell down, ripped my pants and got ice cream on a sensitive place. It was a very humiliating experience and I have PTSD everytime I see the brand. Other than that, yeah it's good.
