★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the service. They make people pay $100 registration fee that is non returnable. Don't care if the person is out of town and just needs to see a doctor once; don't care if a person is a student on a very tight budget; don't care if a person is really sick; don't return the money even if the person decides after 10 min that they can't afford their services. Overcharging for doctor's visits! The goal is to get the money even though it is not legal to charge for registration fees. I had a very bad experience and feel sorry for those who still go there. Money making machine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I put one star cause I had to put something... By far the WORST medical clinic I visited in my life. I was at the Sans Rendez-Vous very early in the morning. They made me wait 8 hours for nothing as I had to go somewhere else to get treated by a doctor. The two secretaries at the front were useless when I asked them how much longer it would take before I could see a doctor (after 8 hours of waiting...). They really didn't care that I had been there for 8 hours. Zero ampathy for the patient. Very unprofessional approach. I took off when I saw I could be there for another 4 or 5 hours.... If you like being treated like you were nothing, this med clinic is for you!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've waited a little more the 6 hours to see a doctor at the «sans rendez-vous», he gave me a quick diagnostic without taking the time to look closely at my skin or even touching my skin. I had to insist for explanation, which he gave me. The waiting room was crowded and noisy. The nurse I saw first was nice, which is sadly one of the few positive point about my visit.
After my appointment, I had to talk to a receptionist because I needed a RDV to see a specialist. After ten minute standing first in line, I get to see the receptionist for this appointment. I had time to ask my question, but then her phone rang and she answered. I looked at her speak for few minutes (it's seem's like a colleague and not an urgent call) and then she leave her desk without saying anything to me. So I did the same and leave the super-clinic, I will see a «specialist» elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can never get appointment with my family dr.- and if I can, it’s 3-4 weeks later.
ALWAYS on hold for minimum 30 min before speaking to receptionist , and OFTEN the phone gets disconnected after waiting 30min!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TLDR: Rushed me out, terrible misdiagnosis.
The DR looked at my problem for a max of 2 seconds, mumbled something about a virus. Did not give me any clear answer on what she thought it was or made sure her diagnosis was correct. She sent me away in less then 5mins. I had to ask my pharmacist what she was treating me for and it wasnt even close to what i actually had. It was so hard just to make that appointment as an English speaker now I need to see another dr to get the right medication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there once for my pregnant wife, doctor told us like 30 times in 20min session that she has 25% of miscarriage. Very incompetent, i do not recommend . The lady at clinic ovo that take appointement was better then the doctor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so good. New and very clean. Just make sure you have an appointment and you arrive early. They have a txt msg option ($) when it's your turn. Their equipments are up to date. Good for small emergencies and everything else they do on appointment.
