Disgusting and arrogant secretaries. Few services offered in this clinic. We feel that we are bothering them all the time. Don't seem very happy with their work environment.

No respect for the schedule on their part and it is always up to the patient to pay the costs of absenteeism at the appointments. Very unreliable for case transfer and external consultation recommendations.

â â â â â Je crois que le respect du RDv est en lien avec le mĂ©decin plutĂŽt qu'avec le personnel de la clinique. De mon cĂŽtĂ©, mon mĂ©decin dr. Alain Bissonnette, un grand homme et un sauveur pour moi, est gĂ©nĂ©ralement a l'heure (+ - une heure de dĂ©lais). Je pense que. 2019 c'est un dĂ©lais raisonnable. Les rĂ©ceptionnistes sont gentillesse et je n'ai jamais senti que je dĂ©rangeais.
C'est une clinique... Rien a dire sur le décor on s'entend. J'apprécie le choix de revues ;)
I believe that the respect of the RDv is related to the doctor rather than to the staff of the clinic. On my side, my doctor dr. Alain Bissonnette, a great man and a savior for me, is usually on time (+ - an hour delay). I think that. 2019 is a reasonable time. The receptionists are kind and I never felt that I bothered.
It's a clinic ... Nothing to say about the decor we get along. I appreciate the choice of journals;)

â â â â â La docteur Brochu qui me raccroche au nez, elle ne se souci pas de ses patients. Elle naccorde aucune importance davoir une belle relation, elle semble tanne de pratiquer. La receptioniste ne voulait pas se donner la peine de regarder mon dossier pour voir si un rendez vous avais ete pris. Je travaille au service a la clientele et honnetement si pour vous cest important essayez de trouver un autre endroit. Je nai pas le choix de continuer avec elle vu le manque de medecin de famille partout.
Doctor Brochu, who hangs up on me, doesn't care about her patients. She doesn't care about having a good relationship, she seems tired of practicing. The receptionist didn't want to bother to look at my file to see if an appointment had been made. I work in customer service and honestly if that is important to you try to find another place. I have no choice but to continue with her given the lack of family doctor everywhere.

Dry and unpleasant arrogant secretary. No empathy even in a death. Experience over several years. Very poor follow-up. Much better experience elsewhere. Where are the managers of this secretary? Mystery

On me dit que je dois appeler le 1er jeudi du mois Ă 8h00 et si tu es chanceux tu pourras avoir un rendez-vous. AprĂšs avoir appeler 60 fois entre 7h58 et 8h07 le mois suivant, je n'ai pu qu'avoir le message "L'usager que vous tentez de joindre ne peut prendre votre appel.". Et il faut attendre 1er jeudi du mois suivant! Incroyable mauvais service.
Everyone knows that getting an appointment with your family doctor is difficult. I'm told I have to call the 1st Thursday of the month at 8:00 a.m. and if you're lucky you can get an appointment. After calling 60 times between 7:58 and 8:07 the following month, I could only get the message "The user you are trying to reach cannot take your call.". And you have to wait until the 1st Thursday of the following month! Incredible bad service.
