Même la prise de rendez-vous en ligne ne fonctionne pas Extremely difficult to have a date, your system is from another era. Even making an appointment online does not work
D	D M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La clinique a demenagee sur la route de l'Eglise mais attention la porte se trouve a l'arriere vue sur le marché public et non sur route de l'Eglise. Stationnement rendu payant. Pour prendre rendez vous c'est UNIQUEMENT par telephone la réceptionniste vous le fera savoir assez rapidement c'est leur nouvelle facon de fonctionner. Clinique rendue moderne mais encore des lacunes au niveau du service a la clientèle et réceptionnistes. The clinic has moved to Route de l'Eglise, but be careful, the door is at the back view of the public market and not on Route de l'Eglise. Paid parking. To make an appointment it is ONLY by phone the receptionist will let you know rather quickly it is their new way of functioning. Clinic made modern but still lacking in customer service and receptionists.

Il faut appeler le premier tôt le matin sinon toutes les plages horaires seront remplies et ce sera le mois suivant… le premier du mois et tôt le matin. J’ai attendu 30 minutes avant que quelqu’un ne m’annonce ces infos… après de nombreux appels où la ligne était occupée et où on m’invitait à rappeler… pitoyable… nous sommes en 2021… la clinique Ste-Foy devrait s’inspirer de la Clinique St-Louis qui offre une prise de rdv en ligne. Very difficult to make an appointment. You have to do it over the phone and wait and wait to be told that there is no more room for the whole month. You have to call the first one early in the morning otherwise all the time slots will be filled and it will be the following month… the first of the month and early in the morning. I waited 30 minutes before someone told me this information… after many calls where the line was busy and where I was invited to call back… pitiful… we are in 2021… the Ste-Foy clinic should be '' inspired by the Clinique St-Louis, which offers online appointments.

Lorsqu’on réussit a parler a la réceptionniste, on se fait dire que c’est complet et de rappeler le mois suivant. Cela fait 2 ans que j’essaie de prendre rdv, 2 ans sans reussir a voir son médecin de famille… whats the point!? Très en retard sur son temps, je ne recommande absolument pas cette clinique. Unable to make an appointment. No way to book an appointment online, only by phone and it's always busy line. When you manage to talk to the receptionist, you are told that it is full and to call back the next month. I've been trying to make an appointment for 2 years, 2 years without being able to see her family doctor… what's the point !? Very late on its time, I absolutely do not recommend this clinic.

Je veux uniquement un renouvellement de medicament car le pharmacien est pas capable de le faire! More than 40 minutes of waiting on the phone to be able to make an appointment with Sofy? I only want a drug renewal because the pharmacist is not able to do it!

Il faut faire du Voodoo pour obtenir un rendez-vous. The phone system is incredibly frustrating, they don't have enough lines and time to finally get the line there are never any appointments left. You have to do Voodoo to get a date.
