★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure where to begin, the schematics and lay out of the apartment was perfect but the structure and maintenance of the apartment was horrible, the bathroom smelled of sewage, the toilet seat was unstable moving side to side, the toilet itself rocked back and forth, the grout that sealed tiles to the wall and tub was missing.
My wife and I did not sleep in the bedroom because the bed had barnicle buds on it, I figure from old age, there was no TV is in the room. We slepted on the couch.
The blanket from the bed smelled like old dirty laundry and we had to wash it, the Iron did not work(sparking) and when we attempted called the front desk to ask for another, the phone itself had no battery...went to the front desk and they said there is no replacement irons available.
The front desk staff (except for one young man) was not accommodating and uncaring , not sure if it was a language barrier or lack of training in hospitality, but directors and or management must get involved and correct some of these issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this accommodation through Booking.com in the "free cancellation" mode. I canceled the reservation on time and the accommodation charged me CAD $ 650 in advance. For more than 30 days I have been fighting with the accommodation and booking.com to be refunded and nothing so far, even booking.com taking responsibility if the accommodation does not make the refund. Both of you will never have me as a customer again.
