C	Chunling Li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come to the hotel at 12 PM May 22, 2022. they said my room wasn’t ready yet. That’s understandable. They said my room should be available by 3 PM. But, when we return to the hotel at 4Pm, they said my room still not ready, and, they have no estimation when it will be available. We tired and exhausted, asking for any alternatives, then they suggested room 1026 is available. We open the door and found out that there is no view for this room. We went back to front desk ask for change immediately. One person in front desk said there is a room with view on 4th floor she can assign to us, but another lady jumped in and rejected our request. As a golden card member, I’m unsatisfied why my room wasn’t ready until 4PM? Why I can’t make change while you do have better rooms available?

N	Nikola Lapenna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service here at the hotel. The concierge was attentive and welcoming. The rooms were sufficient and the location near the old Port and Mcgill was perfect. The viewtop from the balcony and the pool area was also great. We got lucky and saw a magnificent sunset!
N	Nisakay F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception was friendly and knowledgeable. They responded to all our questions. Housekeeping was also amazing. They responded promptly. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is close to downtown Montreal making it convenient for dining and other entertainment.

Just one Tesla charger on the bottom floor of the parking garage, look carefully it's on your right hand side, no signs to draw attention to it. Note: If you are on the bottom floor charging the elevator is not going up to the hotel rooms, go to lobby turn to your right as you exit and use your hotel card to open doors to the hotel lobby (not marked) There you will find the elevators to access the rooms. Please note there isn't any other chargers. But this one is free of charge.

Unfortunately, i waited that somebody would call back but no one did. The daily rates in my bill were different everyday and they explained that the hotel rates fluctuates daily. I was not aware of that and did not tell me when I booked the hotel. I am a Hilton honors member but did not get any special benefits or discount. When i booked the room, i asked for late check out but at the time of checking out, there was no chance at all which we understood anyway. Also, I asked for one disposable mask as we have run out of extra but there was nothing. Hilton was a big hotel but couldn't provide for guest unlike other hotels they are generous to give free disposable mask.
a	alaa mohammed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for 5 nights last week. Check in process was fast and smooth and the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. When we arrived at our room it was clean but the washroom was super small. During our stay we had housekeeping twice and they did a great job. The location of the hotel was great. Awesome restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and more were walking distance. I took away one star because their restaurant closed early and couldn’t get room service.
J	Jason Sears on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service from the lady named Melissa at the front desk. she was wonderful to my children and made sure we all were happy during our stay. pool is great and warm water so you can easily stay in for a long time with the kids. pool is also open till 11pm! hotel rooms very very spacious and I had a great spot to work while kids were sleeping. and the bathroom mirror is super cool. thanks for the great hospitality!
