I stayed at ApartHotelMontreal this whole past week I'm in Montreal for my first time. I'm here for work. I've been away from home for 57 days so far in 2021. Currently there is a curfew in Quebec for Covid19. Last week I was in a conventional hotel in Terrabonne and this started with me wanting to experience something closer to the heart of the city. So I called my office and asked them to move me somewhere downtown Montreal. We were back and forth, I read the reviews and we booked on short notice for a week. I didn't realize Montreal was such a busy city. This is as close to the "heart" as it gets across from a University of Montreal campus/residence. Parking was a pain (budget accordingly or fight over the free street parking after a certain hour). First look at the building and area from the outside I thought it was an older heritage building... That's where I made my second mistake. The building is new but the outside was designed to match the surrounding neighbourhood in same heritage style. The unit I stayed in was an upgraded unit I understand but it has literally everything. Cristina met me and brought me up. We had an excellent conversation but I should point out she was explicit in the fact this is not an airbnb but that's the first impression I had. If you are following along, that was my third mistake. The building has all of the features of a hotel if you are looking. It's very commercial in the security features and safety precautions throughout the building. If anything it's like a condo building/apartment but it's a hotel.. but equipped like someone else's home like an airbnb. My unit had: washer/dryer (with complimentary detergent), dishwasher, full fridge, gas oven, large kitchen, cleaning supplies and garbage bags etc, large tv with IPTV box, living room with large couch, arm chair, ottoman, 4+ person round glass kitchen table, cooking utensils/pots/pans etc. 2 separate bedrooms with their own decor and attractive bedding - the master was a really comfortable King size. I also had a nice walk out balcony which over looked Rue St Urbain. I'm missing a tonne of excellent features, like the rooftop patio and BBQ! I really could go on. The rate was very reasonable considering the value especially. You are very unlikely to find a unique experience like this anywhere else and you'll have to take my word for it... I stay in a lot of Hotels. I'd recommend this for business class or families on vacation in Montreal. Would return again. Thanks for having me.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR ADS!!! Their fully-refundable, no-deposit rate actually means, a 30% non-refundable deposit charged to your credit card without your permission. And then they'll just hang up on you if you ask them about it.

My friends and I were looking for a place in downtown and this was the perfect spot. Great prices, super clean and amazing staff. Everything was a walk away and the front desk answered all the questions that we had. Really recommend booking here.

This was a perfect place for us to stay last summer. I spent it at Aparthotel with my 2 boys, mother in law and my mother joined as well. Plus I delivered my third child during that 10 weeks stay! It felt like home away from home. Cristina went above and beyond to make us comfortable and respond to all our questions and requests as promptly as she can. She has a wonderful positive and helpful attitude and a good-hearted soul. I couldn’t have asked for better during such a “challenging and exciting” time for us. It’s very heartwarming to stay at a place where people really care for your comfort- it felt very personal! The apartment 402 penthouse was superb. Fully equipped, spacious, with a terrace overlooking St Urbain and rooftop for bigger gatherings. We had to do our quarantine there on arrival, so considering I have 6 and 4 year old boys I needed space for them to run around during this difficult phase of our stay. Cristina was always offering to help us out during this time since we could not leave the house - we were also provided with cable TV that provided a big selection of channels to entertain the children and ourselves in our own language. In terms of location - you can’t ask for better! It’s in the middle of everything one needs in terms of supermarkets, parks, entertainment, restaurants, proximity to metro and bus stations. I had a lot of paperwork to do for my newborn so being 10minutes walk away from passport Canada and service Canada was priceless. We had to use the parking for a couple of weeks, and I read some reviews complaining about the dimensions etc. Considering I had to rent a 7 seater dodge Caravan - I think that maneuvering in and out is doable and not such a big issue. It’s very convenient to know you have a parking option in the building especially being downtown where parking spots are not easily available. I also had to stay extend my stay an extra week with my newborn girl in Apartment 205 - which Jose considered as an extension to my current stay and gave me a very good rate. I consider that very considerate to me as a client. It was generous of him during the month of August - especially with the increased rates due to the opening of the Canadian borders to vaccinated people. Plus the apartment was cozy and perfect for what I needed for that extra week. I would recommend this place blindly and I definitely consider coming back in our future trips to Montréal. Thank you Cristina and Jose for a wonderful personalized impeccable and comfortable stay! And for future renters - please take care of the tomatoes we planted in one of the pots on the terrace :)

The building is in a convenient and central location. The room offers the convenience of an appartment with laundry (soap included) and basic kitchen supplies. The room was clean and exactly what we needed. There is no front desk so check-in arrangements are made directly with reception hosts. They do offer parking at an extra fee which allows the vehicle to come and go as you please. The garage is some what of a liability though. Depending on the size of your car you may want to consider other parking. We had to reverse in and out of the short steep underground parking lot in order to avoid damage to our vehicle (which would not be considered a low sitting vehicle). This also included having to turn the car 180 degrees to get the car out in reverse in the parking lot that did not afford much space to accomplish this. Would suggest viewing parking spot before committing.

Highly recommended! The apartments are spacious, updated, super clean and very comfortable. Location is great. Underground parking available for a reasonable price. Cristina, the lady who checked us in, went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, and make us feel welcomed. She did it all with a smile! I’m so grateful for this amazing stay, and will be booking here every time I come to Montreal. There is no other place I am aware of that provides a better service than this hotel.

A wonderfully located hotel. Quiet, secure and clean. The rooms are comfortable, will furnished and equipped, pet friendly a well, so, for a small fee your fur babies can stay with you while you're on vacation, or, like in my case, forced out of the house for necessary repairs -_-... I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone for short or long term stays. The staff themselves were wonderful, personally I dealt with Jose and Cristina, both were amazing and friendly and went the extra mile for us which I will appreciate for quite some time to come. Thank you again.

Fantastic lodging. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the roof deck and the balcony off the living room. The place could not have been cleaner.
