Good for the price, but not the best for cooling, and no wifi outside of the lobby

The room wasn't completely clean when we got there. The location is great though.

This place is okay for the price. It's decent. This only thing I didn't like was that it doesn't have air conditioning and we visited when it was really hot.

Bang for the buck, but not the most clean rooms, also if you’re staying here in summer consider the fact that there is no AC

This should be your last resort! There was no AC, no microwave or oven, no TV. The WIFI was a maize, we barely did anything using it cause it will go in the middle of a transaction. I know that this is a residence but if you will call it a "Hotel" it should at least have some services that basic ones have.

The apartment and the room was very clean, the location is excellent, you can walk everywhere, laundry and dryer service was always available. Recepcionists very nice. I totally recommend it

Would definitely not recommend, even though its cheaper than most other places. We rented a few rooms in a suite for Osheaga and found bed bugs in one of our beds at night. I was lucky to notice a few bed bugs under my pillow when I was looking for my keys. We went to the front desk but turns out they were fully booked for that night so they couldn't really do anything to help us. Another inspection of the bed and we found quite a few bed bugs. We ended up sleeping on the floor of one of our friends' rooms. The staff were helpful the next day and moved us to another room and gave us a 15% discount for one night (which is apparently the best they could offer us, was not happy about that) but it was not worth all the hassle and the risk of bringing bed bugs back home. Furthermore, this place doesn't have AC so you might want to avoid it in the summer because even sitting in the street is cooler than staying in one of the rooms. It's cheap but it also comes with a lot of cons.

Cheap, cheap, cheap. Rooms are ok, has a little kitchenette in the room, which was a plus for morning and night meals and snacks..underground parking, close enough to everything, we hardly even drove....don't understand why people complain about every little thing expecting Waldorf Astoria for a price of a parking spot.
