V	Verified Hotel Guest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: the location is amazing super close to st cathrine street and chinatown, breakfast was surprisingly okay, the parking is greatly convenient Negative: we couldÂ¿ve used a better breakfast option, the room service should check in a bit more often but we might of have had bed bugs on our mattress but weÂ¿re not too sure (should be checked)
n	nessalkdarb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great but your sleep deserves better! The beds are terrible, the pillows you'd have to try very hard to find sadder excuses for pillows than here. Not to mention the near claustrophobic room size that you share with the ant problem in the bathroom. And don't let the included breakfast persuade you, a mini croissant, yogurt cup and preserved fruit cup and juice box is just as sad as the rooms.

Our room was a little small, sort of reminiscent of a dorm room, but the price was right for a last second booking. Plus as a tourist you really should be out and exploring anyway - the room is just a place to unwind and rest, and in that sense it was a good fit.

No cleaning service in May 2022 because “covid-19 regulations” (even though masks aren’t required in the building anymore). They didn't even change the towels or take the trash out. Front desk employees had a bad attitude with costumers. Never again in a Traveloge hotel!

They told us the public parking two block away but I found it just across the street. No apologize. They are racist. When we wanted to talk to a supervisor, the receptionist said that he only works from Monday to Friday. No supervisor, no manager works in weekend...

All three guest could not stand and move around the room at the same time. There were small three beds. Two twin XL bunk beds and a regular twin bed. The beds were not comfortable to sleep in. The TV remote did not work. There was nowhere to clean off my snow boots. This caused the floor of the room to constantly be wet and covered in dirt and small rocks.

A	A. King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: the staff was extremely kind and helpful whenever I spoke to them. Decently cheap compared to other close by hotels, and very centrally and conveniently located within walking distance to most of the places we wanted to go. Cons: The room was unbelievably small. The room wasn’t cleaned that thoroughly before we got there, because there were long black hairs everywhere. Room service didn’t come at all during our stay, so we had a big pile of garbage overflowing by the time we left.
