The staff were very friendly and accommodating, offered a wide selection of strings (in addition to shoulder rests, rosin, bows, various instruments, even busts of composers), and give student discounts! Turns out, the holes on my pegs were misplaced, so they helped me drill new holes to correct my strings. Very professional, and the staff's passion for their work clearly showed - in the background you could hear violin lessons for beginners while the staff did appraisals on antique violins and helped aspiring musicians pick out new instruments. Will go again, highly recommended!

I asked a lot of questions, and the staff took their time to give me a detailed quote and recommendations. The experience was very personalized, and I didn't feel judged or rushed.
