★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiny place with extensive services and big inventory. Friendly staff. We bought a cello case there and their prices were very competitive with what we found on the internet. They were very patient while we tried the cello in many different cases and discussed pros and cons. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about string instruments. My wife has been taking her bow and instrument there for years. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were recommended to me by an NAC orchestra violist and I wasn't disappointed. Apparently, THE place in Ottawa for all your stringed instrument needs for beginners and pros alike. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Strong COVID protocols. We had a lot of help with our violin rental for our 12 year old. They have a very affordable rent-to-own program for rentals. Recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute little store - very nice and helpful staff. Went in with a problem violin, worried I needed all the bow hair and strings replaced. They told me I just needed to clean it - and then proceeded to do so... Will go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only have experience with their violin rental, hence four stars. Great service. Violin was properly fit to my 5 year old. It was a nice instrument in very good condition. They have all sizes from 1/16 and up, which is great as the 1/10 is the perfect size (and not necessarily as easy to find). Definitely recommend going there if you have a young child looking to try viola, violin, or cello.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were quite helpful and friendly. I am new to violin and went in to buy a bow and shoulder rest at this store on a recommendation. While I was in they looked over my instrument and made some adjustments for me as well as reduced the price of a higher quality bows as they were out of stock of their entry level models. It entire experience was very much appreciated and I will be returning there in the future.
