★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a 5 years being loyal customer, the assistant manager told me to go shop somewhere else. They are charging extra fees to put items on hold while I'm willing to pay in full beforehand so the rental is secure. Absolutely non sense new policy on their rental and trust me when I say I'm not the first person complaining about this. NEVER GOING BACK TO L&M !!

I have been a long time customer of Long & McQuade from the Hunt Club store and the Kanata store. My experiences have been stellar with the staff and management of both stores. I have purchased guitars, amplifiers, drums and electrical drums. The staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to have left the store on Hunt Club with a shiny, new Gibson Les Paul 60s Standard. They were kind enough to grab a new one from the back for me, since I’m kind of picky with the look of the top. I was happy to see that they opened the shipping box (and gave it to me upon my request) so nobody has played this specific guitar since it left Nashville - these little things matter when buying an expensive guitar, at least it does to me. Great service, well made guitar - all in all a 5 star experience.

But most of all was the professionalism of the staff members that was so impressive. They helped us way beyond our expectations with an excellent service and courtesy. We will be going back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve always enjoyed coming to this store seeing the new guitars and amps trying stuff out and falling in love with sounds you’ve never experienced. When I walked in originally I planned to buy a 200$ squire and saw this even they call Gibson Month I am so happy I walked in then. Yeah I spent 1000$ on an SG instead but I fell in love with it and they have in store payment option that worked great for me and I know I made the right choice because it always felt great never hurt the fingers and the sound was amazing if you r played a Gibson then you know! Love it so much I went back to buy a Les Paul and tech tip Bobby is awesome knows his stuff too!
