She is so inappropriate and has a history of accusing people of being "aggressive" or "insulting her" after she had been yelling at them for several minutes. If you defend yourself, you're magically the aggressor now. She has been exposed by multiples customers for her inappropriate and unprofessional practices, but since Quebec doesn't have an official professional order for massotherapists, she can get away with disgusting behavior. DO NOT GO THERE. She is what you might call a Karen. And a particularly evil one at that.

I felt amazingly refreshed and relaxed after. I very highly recommend it if you are looking for a real therapeutic massage. I was a bit apprehensive when I read the one-star reviews, but frankly I have no idea what these people were referring too. Couldn't be further from the truth, at least in my experience anyway.
K	Kay Bee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This woman is crazy, like literally crazy. First of all, she was late for our appointment, then when I texted her, she responded in the most rude way possible. She told me ''calm down I don't have a magic stick''. Then when I asked to be refunded because I did not want to get a massage by someone who's clearly crazy, she started shouting and yelling and was verbally abusive. I'm still in shock. When I told the security guard, he told me that it's not the first time and she's even more rude with people working in the building, like the cleaning person and the delivery guys... do not go there if you don't want to be traumatized.

She took great care of my injury with cold press while providing fantastic massage therapy. She gave me many helpful supplies for my injury as well. She has such a caring heart.
