★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing stay here at this brand new hotel at the heart of Montreal. Our guest service rep, Sarah displayed her utmost professionalism and hospitality during our stay. The room is perfect, service is spot on and we truly appreciate all the modern public arts all around the property. We will certainly be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel and staff. Clean and very modern. They have everything and if they don't they know where to get it and can help. They also have valet parking which is great in the winter. Room service was wonderful and downstairs is a bakery, a great place to get a coffee and a baguette.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and new hotel. First Autograph Collection. Located downtown Montreal, next to Chinatown, subway stations and the old port. Underground garage with access to next door grocery/supermarket.
Wonderful experience staying there, very clean and quiet rooms. Baptiste at the front office was amazing and the service we recieved at this hotel was excellent! Will definitely visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional hotel! We had a great experience here and highly recommend it. The hotel is perfectly situated between old Montreal and the rest of the city and is within walking distance to restaurants, the metro, and sights. The room was very nice - modern, clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. It has a very nice gym, bar, and pool, and was quiet at night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our only complaint was breakfast (minor complaint) - we felt the food was pretty bad and definitely not worth the money. Go to Arthur’s, Le Cartet, or Eggspectations if you want a nice breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Humaniti Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a while. My husband and I had a 5-night stay and were grateful we got upgraded to their Haiku suite. Our room was elegant, comfortable, and clean.
Their service was superb. We asked for a few things almost every day, and they always ensured that we were satisfied. We checked out their gym, and it was spacious with lots of equipment available.
Lastly, we had breakfast at the H3 restaurant nearly every day, and their food was unforgettable.
We hope to come back again, maybe sometime before September, to experience their beautiful pool and terrace!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was super friendly and very helpful, the hotel looked beautiful and very clean, the view was amazing as-well. There is a bakery (L’ Ange) on the main floor that makes delicious food! The room was very roomy ( I stayed in the Hibiscus room) and full of light, with a nice shower and all the amenities needed, the floor had a water dispenser as well as an ice cube dispenser, I would recommend this hotel to everyone! St-Catherine’s street is a 5-10 minute walk, and Chinatown is a 2 minute walk away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start off by saying that I travel a decent amount and I have never ever met staff more friendly or kind than I met at this hotel. I wish I remembered everyone's name who helped me and my group out but we didn't have a single negative experience with any staff and as a big group, I know we were undoubtedly annoying. They are super positive and upbeat and truly make you feel at home! I absolutely loved staying here because it was a very convenient location, it was super clean & fresh, and it had spots to grab coffee & food in the hotel which made mornings easy! I couldn't say enough good things about this hotel and I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else in Montreal ever again even if they raise their prices.
