★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place, beautiful location with magnificent atrium inside world trade center. Rooms are nice, but furniture in our room was old and very dirty. Housekeeping was below average with a lot of dust on the night tables and carpet. Bathrooms need renovation. Yellow stains were all over shower room and the door seal was leaking water outside. Breakfast was not cheap, but food quality was nothing special at all. The seats in the restaurant were full of crumbs and they did not bother cleaning them.
Overall it is OK for stay, but at this price level you will definitely find something better in Montreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing. Allowed an early check in, friendly staff, beautiful big and clean room. The bed was so comfortable. Pool area was clean and bright, long and perfect temperature. Location is more central than I thought. I walked everywhere - minutes to Old Montreal, 12 minutes to Eaton Center, 15 minutes to Bell Centre. did I mention the friendly staff? Very accommodating and always available to answer questions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's outrageous that a property this well-located and impressive is available for a free night with a credit card that costs <$100/year. Our free status upgraded our free night to a corner room with tub, views, and easy access to Old Montreal. Staff was great. Zero complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love the view and location. Food is excellent even down to room service. The staff has always been helpful and attentive.
Parking is convenient.
We like the upscale little mall that you can access regardless of the weather.
Really the only negative is the room decor is a little dated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very welcoming staff upon arrival. Comfy bed and was close to my conference. Had some trouble at checkout- staff initially couldn’t help store my luggage & directed me to area where bellhop was supposed to be, but was not. After 5+ mins returned to find out when he would be back and was accommodated. Cool one time experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff from front desk to room service, genuinely caring people made short stay enjoyable and memorable. Club room was spotless and in excellent order, well furnished and spacious. Convenient underground parking with plenty of spaces with direct hotel access. Walking distance to old town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful stay. First meal was at the Hotel's restaurant. Very good. Room was very comfortable, but we did find it odd that the dresser was in the living room and the bureau (fridge, safe, etc) was in the bedroom. For a short stay this was not an issue. A longer stay, possibly.
Chantal set the standard for service. As our luggage was being handled by the valet, Chantal noted that we had some large paintings that we were moving to the room ourselves. She quickly offered to help, which we accepted. She also gave us a lead to a wonderful restaurant within walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and friendly staff, perfect location for staying when attending an event at the conference center. Lots of available restaurants around and decent bar located on the main level, the view from the room was a perfect view of the river. This location would get a 5 star rating if only there wasn’t an issue with my vehicle in valet. Management and the driver were very easy to deal with and was apologetic, i am currently in the middle of trying to resolve the situation, hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Adjusted due to how the hotel has handles my situation, I was concerned at first but I am very satisfied with how they are taking ownership and the insurance company has made it clear they will do everything they can to keep me satisfied with the resolution.
