Terrible building, I do NOT recommend living here. The rent is way overpriced, the management is greedy and unhelpful. They coerced me into paying extra months of rent with some made-up policy and tried to bill me $1200 for water damage that happened in their own public hallway. You can find much more affordable and accommodative places that will actually be pleasant literally anywhere else. Oxford is a horrible corporation. Stay safe :)

I've been living here for about 14 months. The building's location is great, and everything is accessible. The units are also quite nice with very few issues, though they are somewhat expensive. Maintenance has been good as well, and they fix any issues and clean up the building frequently, however this results in the building being extremely noisy at times. Sound travels through the walls quite easily too, and I've had my share of interruptions while sleeping during my stay here since I work night shifts. I believe the management switched at some point and most calls to the building result in being put on voicemail. A few months ago, the calls would be answered almost immediately by staff. Nowadays they hardly even answer any sort of e-mails. Hopefully this improves in the future.

Management is very friendly and helpful! Especially Joanna! She made my moving process extremely enjoyable. The building also has all of the essentials (gym, lounge, terrace etc..). Rooms are spacious. Definitely worth giving a visit!

I have been here for 17 months and love it! The service is impeccable ..from helpful concierge to immediate attention ( often same day) for repairs. The pool is very nice, I never wait for an elevator and its pretty quiet. Management is Oxford who have a really good reputation across Canada. My apartment itself has nice finishings, and the building is well built...

Edit: I'm not sure when management changed, but the current one is super negligent. Been asking to change my buzzer code since November and requested it 3 times but no one has made a change. We asked to get our fridge fixed or replaced in November because the door wouldn't close all the time which they did nothing about. We officially requested it twice, and finally the fridge broke and our food got spoiled. It's been 9 weeks since we were told we'll get reimbursed and still nothing. I still really like the location and the rest of the staff is friendly, like the security & janitors, but the current management is negligent. I've been living here for about a year, and I have nothing but good things to say! Neighbors here are great, and most of the amenities are really well kept. There's a concierge around at most times, and I haven't lost a single package so I take it as a good sign! The staff is super friendly (my dog really loves the cleaning lady here). I really appreciate that the management doesn't just randomly shut water or power down, and will provide heads up notice. Rooms are nice too, been living in a studio here and I personally love my space. I'd say the rent is pretty expensive, but compared to other places in downtown (and considering the location), I would say it's one of the better options. Overall, great places to live!

I can’t honestly recommend living here because there were so many issues during my time here. But, some members of the staff are doing their best to fix those issues, despite a total lack of interest by Oxford to help with that. A big one: there is no front desk security/receptionist. At all. It is not possible to effectively receive packages here and you’ll probably have to rent a PO box nearby if you plan to receive a lot of shipments as I did. I hope these issues will be resolved after my departure and I wish all the best to those who are working to address them despite lots of pushback.

My experience living at Le Mille Neuf has been great. The staff is very responsible and quick to help out in any way they can. Particularly, Joanna has been phenomenal to deal with, if there are any issues or I have any questions at all, she is quick to respond + resolve the issue. Joanna is absolutely lovely!! The two maintenance guys are phenomenal as well! Such a positive attitude, and my apartment maintenance requests gets solved within 24 hours (shower clogs, etc.).

It's location is simply fantastic. The attention you get from the staff makes you think you've rented a 5 star hotel. it is a little expensive, but considering all the amenities you get, it might just be OK. I couldn't use them though because I was short on time and the pandemic forced them to close all shared spaces. Thanks to all the staff in Le Mille Neuf! Especially to the concierge that helped my wife and I to load all my belongings to the taxis. the service and attention were absolutely outstanding. it was a good choice to rent this condo as our starting point in Montreal. Thank you once again! :)
