Corporate Stays Montreal - Furnished Executive Apartments

We got an excellent service from the staff during our stay at Hexagone 2, especially from Silvia Penuela. We had some issues at the apartment when we arrived. Silvia took charge of the situation and made sure that all issues were solved quickly. A big thank you to Silvia and also to Stephane Labadie, our host who came to the apartment to solve everything and answered our questions. We are great-full and very happy with our experience so far, thanks to Silvia Panuela and Stephane Labadie. Their kindness and professionalism are very appreciated.

John has been well taken care of, in the initial check in we had concerns but it was all sorted out by the Concierge, Julian Rueda, and housekeeping team. Efficient and kind, we have been well taken care of in such a comfy and well located professional rental accommodation. Thanks !!

It was my first time in Canada and i wanted a airbnb, the place looked amazing on the website and the guest personal was super helpful with my questions . My check was 1am and I was afraid that it was going to be easy or safe it was an amazing process , room was very clean and looked amazing in person. Arrived at this hotel at 11.30pm, and had the incorrect code for the lockbox provided through the company provided email. However, Moeed Tariq was available through their after-hours helpline and helped me get it sorted quickly and efficiently. Got my FOB and my apartment was clean and tidy! I am impressed with how well stocked the kitchen is with regards to appliances, cups, plates, and cutlery. Location is also pretty good, close to a shopping area with lots of restaurants and a grocery store. I also appreciate their "plastic free" policy, all the shampoo, soap and conditioners provided are packaged in paper and do not have bottles.

This is my first time in Montreal and although I arrived earlier than the check-in Ali T has been accommodating to make sure I check in without a fee, which saved me a lot of hassle. He responded very quickly and without any delay. Thank you for your kind service :) - all the best

My parents used them for a 1 month stay at The Alexander, and this review is on their behalf: Our apartment was in horrible condition - while the building was nice this unit was completely run down and unlivable. First, we reserved a parking spot and arrived late at night, exhausted after moving out of our home all day. We came to discover someone was in our spot, and it was a huge hassle late at night trying to figure out where to park. Then, we get in the building and discover a couch completely run down and peeling, in absolutely horrible condition. Photos attached - this is not the quality of apartment I paid for and was not reflected in the photos. To make matters worse there were absolutely no towels in the entire unit, not even one hand towel. It was very difficult living there the first two days with no towels. They said they would drop off towels and literally gave only one bath towel, one hand towel and one bath mat for 2 people for a one month stay (photo attached). We have had to bring our own towels to use. Then, the furniture was in such bad condition that the bed broke! My mom (who is tiny and petite) sat on the bed to put on her bedslippers and the slats cracked in half and fell out! Photo attached. Then, it was burning hot in the apartment and the A/C wouldn’t turn on, my poor dad spent an hour trying to figure it out. It turned out they hadn’t even left batteries in the A/C remote. They had to switch batteries from the TV remote in the middle of the night to get the AC going. The bathroom sink drain also doesn’t even have a cap so it’s easy to lose things and you can’t fill the sink (photo attached). My parents called and submitted the complaints on the first night. They said it would all be resolved within a day but nothing was solved other than dropping off that meager bit of towels. No follow up phone call, resolution, or even an apology. This has been a horrible experience for my elderly parents during an already stressful move. Their complaints and phone calls have not resolved this matter and they want to move out immediately with a full refund. They are regretting that they chose this place for their one month stay, instead of an Airbnb which has photos of the actual unit, reviews of the unit, and protections in place.
