K	Kimberly FU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were stuck in the traffic as Bloor street is very busy, we ended up being late for 10 minutes. They canceled the appointment when we were literally there… Not to mention, it’s also very hard to book an appointment here, I booked mine a month ahead of time, and they just canceled like that, not accommodating at all. The Covid restriction at this animal hospital is pretty strict. If you would like to go in with your fur baby, this animal hospital is not for you.
M	Malvina Adam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every encounter I’ve had with this vet has been positive, they are always ready and willing to help! The appointments have to be booked a while in advance but they’re still accommodating and help out as much as they can! Super friendly too my dog loves going.

I have a new pet now, and I don't know if they are under new management or have new staff, but every experience I've had here has been met with RUDE staff, (opening the door to tell me to call their desk if I want to leave my dog for her appointment, then shutting the door in my face and locking me out), CONFUSING instructions (rattling off the names of medications rather than what they are for), and ridiculous POLICIES (standing outside in hail and wind, while holding my dog with a cone around her head, TRYING to pay for services - at a price completely different from the one I was quoted when I dropped her off). Sadly, my previous AMAZING vet Dr. Helen is no longer in the office, so I may have to go elsewhere until she returns from leave.

The vet, Dr Lisa in this case, is so kind and understanding and doing everything she can to help and for a reasonable price as far as vets go. I was using them in an emergency but i’ll be using them going forward for my cat’s care. Reception is really nice and understanding and i was definitely having a bit of a panic attack when i called reception and she was so nice about it. I have faith that my cat’s issue will be resolved and I would recommend this vet to anyone.

They all genuinely care about your pet, and always follow up and are good about giving honest advice. Fees are very fair. My dog is always so happy to go to the vet! Once we get out of the car and he knows where we are he starts speeding towards the door.

Especially during the pandemic with new rules for dropping your pets off, I never think twice that either of my cats are in capable and caring hands when I leave them with the staff. I truly believe they have your pets best interest at heart and have never felt like they've tried to up-sell me on anything. I highly recommend !

They always do their best to make him calm and comfortable and the quality of care they provide is outstanding. I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Helen, she is so caring, compassionate and straight forward - she always takes the time to really discuss your concerns and I appreciate it so much. I always feel like I am in excellent hands here - highly recommend!!!

The doctors seem to really care about the health of my pets and always give me detailed information about their test results and any required medical treatment. Throughout the pandemic the staff have continued to be helpful and cheerful, meeting me at the front entrance so I can pick up medication or drop off my cats for their appointments. Highly recommend this vet clinic!
