J	Juan Lemus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good first impression. I had been trying to book an appointment at another location for weeks. Found this place on Google, called in and was able to get an appointment the same week. My cat had scabs and rashes all over her body. Wasn’t sure what it was at first but turned out to be fleas. She’s now on a treatment plan. Vet and nurse were easy to talk to and answered my questions. I wasn’t up sold on anything which is a good sign. I’ll likely bring her back in the future.

We were met by very unwelcoming staff who shoo’d us outside like flies. If you are ready for a return to normal life, this is not the vet clinic for you.

Our dog had a laparoscopic spay, and the process was well explained and they did a great job. Only downside is the lack of parking. There's often not much near the vet, so be prepared to have to walk a bit unless it's an early morning appointment.
P	Paul Valanne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High quality vet care in my opinion, typical pricing (not cheap). Communication and follow-up from Dr. Amina and Dr. Christian were excellent. They do "recommend" thorough tests and screenings, so if budget is a problem, you may have to ask for less (same experience with other vets). We discussed alternatives for our elderly cats and they were supportive and helpful. COVID procedure has been curbside service only - works well except if waiting in nasty weather. Reception efficient but was a bit crusty at times - I guess that goes with being 'gatekeeper'?
A	Alan Lastman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't seem organized to me. Overly expensive! I've used them on and off over the years with different pets. They are ok for routine care. But as things get difficult and your pet gets sick, I've seen a total breakdown in their care. They pass you to different vets with different ideas within their clinic because of diff. time schedules. Our dog was sick (last 1-2 days of his life) and a test couldn't be performed properly, and they still charged for it. Sending info to emergency vet is not on time and you have to push and push. The doctors are aware but you definitely see another side of them.

They took care of our pup swiftly and were great about communicating our options for her care! Thank you guys for being so helpful and getting soma in for an appointment so quickly!

The veterinarians and assistants were very attentive to our cat's needs, treated him with a lot of professionalism and respect. The treatment options were clearly explained and discussed with us. We are very happy with the treatment results. We highly recommend the Clinic. It is run by a great team of highly trained and experienced professionals who do care about their patients.

They are the kindest staff I've ever encountered and they continue to help her through her senior years. This is the only vet I've ever completely trusted with her and I'm so grateful for them. They also help with nutrition and give extensive post visit instructions. They go and above and beyond helping local rescues as well. A true community-centred vet. One time, when Robot was getting blood taken, I could hear one of the vet techs singing to her. Their hearts are as big as their brains at Roncy <3
