Over the recent months, my experience has soured due to inadequate staffing which has led to : issues with inadequate stocking of important medications, staff not responding to medication requests in timely manner, reduced clinic hours, no staff manning telephones. Would advise management to invest in more and better quality staff to manage increasing caseload.

Both the staff and the vet answer all our questions. The vet Dr. Jassal is very knowledgeable and thorough. Our puppy had a pleasant visit, we highly recommend them.

When I spoke to him over the phone about this he kept interrupting me, would not let me speak, would not listen to what I said, we was extremely rude and hostile and basically said he couldn’t give me the records as it was the owners rules. They were never able to provide me with the rationale as to why they wouldn’t provide me the medical records and that left a really bad taste in my mouth, it made me feel as if he was hiding something. Even one of his staff that I spoke to said they did not understand why they could not provide medical records to dog owners and they also did not think that was right, as he is OUR dog! We have switched vets and I would recommend you look elsewhere, it is very unethical to withhold medical records, I recommend you stay away!

A	Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d had my eye on this place for awhile in preparation for the day I got a pet, and when I adopted my kitten I promptly setup an appointment to get the kitten checked out and start our relationship with this veterinary practice. And I’m so glad I did! Aside from the fact that the location is incredibly convenient for us, I’ve had nothing but great experiences with everyone who works there. Beyond my kitten’s initial appointments we continue to purchase food through them and plan to continue coming back for our yearly appointments. Every visit and interaction has been lovely and valuable, and the pricing is competitive.

I brought my first kitten here & loved them so much that i brought my other kitten. They're very happy clients. I highly recommend.

And Dr. Jassal was really detail oriented and experienced to help check the complicated processes. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. I have been to several clinics before and I definitely trust Dufferin Davenport the most. Our cats feel the safest at this place as well. Highly recommend!

They do not over or under treat, and the prices are fair; not cheap where you’re questioned but not overpriced to where you’re not inclined to go. The techs/admin team are the best, so friendly and helpful. My dog loves going! Thank you guys for being such a great team
