Both were mouthwatering and flavourful. The chef, Hannah Medalla, is professional and is always very pleasant to deal with. Placing an order is quick and easy every time. We will be ordering again soon. Highly recommended!

We got the Singaporean Chili Crab, Seafood Paella, Baked Mussels and the Osso Buco and they were all DELICIOUS! Hannah was really great in communicating with me through the order process and was very professional. THANK YOU HANNAH! It was such a delight to be able to experience your talent through your dishes! AMAZING!

Prior to the reception, we invited her over for taste testing and she knocked it out of the park by going above and beyond to what felt like a buffet meal! Her dishes are unique as are the flavours and put together very nicely - have to say it’s better than some of the finer dining we’ve had. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a private chef to give Hannah a try, she will go above and beyond your expectations!

Not only was the food gorgeous and delicious, but Chef Medalla went above and beyond to ensure the food was packaged so that it would transport safely and be easy to reheat once we were at the cottage. Considering we had some vegans in attendance too, Chef Medalla even customized a paella to make sure it would be suitable and enjoyable for my vegan friends. Most importantly, you can tell that Chef Medalla makes her food with love and care and that is just priceless. The fact that it’s absolutely yummy is a welcome bonus ? Can’t wait to order again!

We couldn't have asked for a better private chef experience. Chef Hannah Grace was kind, punctual, professional, and boy does she know how to cook up a great meal. She was very accommodating and receptive to our dream menu: we told her our favourite cuisines, then she offered multiple suggestions on what she thought we would like, and we picked courses from that list. She was happy keeping to herself while we had our festivities, but was also very amiable and lovely to chat with! The food was honestly some of the best we've ever tasted. There was so much of it, and she brought containers for us to use to bring the leftovers home with us. When she left, she cleaned up so well that you wouldn't have thought she was there. My only regret is that I wasn't able to glean her secret recipes off of her (specifically the Singaporean Chili Crab sauce). I would highly recommend Chef Hannah Grace to be your private chef if you're in the area.

Her communication and flexibility prior to the day was excellent. The food quality, creativity and flavours were all highest quality. If you ever need an event catered don’t hesitate to use Hannah.
