The Subway app not only messed up my order by putting the pickup date a day ahead, and when I called the store MO was beyond unwilling to help and said he doesn't know how to fix and he has customers and for me to deal with it. I contacted Subway on Twitter with screenshots of both the email and the original order in the app with the app saying Pickup Dec 25 and the email saying today, Dec 24th to request a full refund. Just rediculous. I am actually happy now I got McDonalds because by MOs attitude and lack of any customer service skills, lord knows how my sandwiches would had been made. Just awesome way to cap off XMAS Eve.

The staff didn't even look at what veggies and sauces we had put in. They were just putting random sauces and lettuce and packing it up. They didn't know we were standing in front of them. Never going back again
F	Fort Halderman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were just in here. We ordered a BLT and smashed avocado turkey sub. No issues at all. I don't understand why the one star reviews here. I think the problem is hard to please types shopping here. You know the ones that are easily offended ?

First cashier guy couldn't count and overcharged me for my meal, the line was so long because of his shoddy service that standing and complaining wouldve just been more of a hassle for customers. Didnt even cut my sandwich, I wish I got his name so I could have him removed from that location. Next time I went, different guy didnt even cut my sandwich, last time I went they were closed about 40 minutes early. Save your money these people dont have a clue about how to do business. Sandwich making is the simplest job on the planet and the fact that they cant even do that properly means they're probably not fit to be serving food to good, decent human beings.

Then she says first time with a coupon, and she smirks. Then at the cash I said I would like to scan my SUBWAY® reward. Then I heard another lady in the back saying in Farsi that he’s taking the maximum advantage. Then I had to ask for my receipt and told them that they speak Farsi and I understood what you said. That was very rude and the store is not clean. There is first on windows and garbage in the floor. I will never go back again.
