β β β β β Tried out their shawarma wrap and I would recommend it if you are in the area. Chicken was cooked well. Had some crispy chunks and not too dry. Flavours were good and ingredients tasted fresh. Wrap took longer than expected to make.

β β β β β When I say that "words don't describe how amazing Pita Boss shawarma is" I mean that words don't describe how amazing Pita Boss shawarma is.
I can't tell you how excited I was when I heard that Pita Boss was reopening back in 2019. My mind jumped back to memories of their uniquely flavoured chicken shawarma (I'm salivating as I write this).
When I went to the Bloor location to try it, I was enamoured with its flavour once again. The wraps are toasted to perfection. No overload of sauce that it gets mushy or that you can't taste the meat. Meat is always fresh. Stix are amazing too. Fries aren't mushy. They're crispy and hot! Chicken marinate is amazing. I know of no other shawarma place that deserves praise but Pita Boss. (As a polemic, I do not think Osmow's comes even close to comparing with Pita Boss. That is a closed discussion.)

β β β β β Alot of places have fresh cut chicken shawarma, and like alot of the other places, their fresh cut chicken shawarmas are amazing! But if something doesn't make them stand out from the rest then they'd get a 3 or 4 out of 5. Introduce the Pizza Shawarmas! All the ingredients from their chicken shawarmas, except after being cut the meat is seasoned with spices and broth on the flat top to make it extra moist, then the pizzas are grilled in a woodfire oven! As its the only chicken shawarma pizza I've had, its technically the best ever! But apart from being the only its legitimately delicious tasting too.

β β β β β Good option for typical shawarma fare - reasonably priced, good ingredients, and friendly and accommodating staff.
While the portions were good, the food was very salty, so much so that my friend and I couldn't finish our meals. Flavor in the garlic sauce was quite muted, not sure if it was from all the salt. Not sure if it was an off day, hopefully so.
Aside from the above the quality of ingredients were good and the staff was so friendly I would go back. I'd try a shawarma wrap and some other items on the menu, but the chicken on the rocks/fries was a miss for me.
