Body Cleansing & Colon Hydrotherapy

I suffer from IBS-D, SIBO and Leaky gut. Colon hydrotherapy has changed my life and Monica has given me so much hope and compassion. Colon hydrotherapy has been an essential part in healing my gut and supporting my treatments to eradicate bacteria and toxins that have overridden and stuck around too long in my system. I wouldn't be able to heal as I am without this treatment and without Monica's support. Don't doubt it, just try it, you won't regret it.

I visited Monika at the Body Cleansing & Colon Hydrotherapy Clinic today and I must admit I went in SUPER SKEPTICAL. I purchased two vouchers through Groupon for my best friend and I for her birthday as part of a 'why not try it?' approach to easing bowel irritability and constipation. Getting a hold of the clinic to book an appointment was quite difficult at first but I realized in hindsight that it's because Monika owns this business on her own and when she is giving her clients undivided attention, she is not able to answer the phone. Her voice machine does tend to fill up quite quickly over the weekend which can be frustrating, and I didn't see her email address advertised anywhere. When I was finally able to leave a message (after four collective attempts between my friend and I over the course of the weekend), she got back to me very promptly by the next business day. I rescheduled on her twice and both times she was more than accommodating. When I finally arrived five minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment, I could hear she was working with another client. I noticed a sign that asked to wait patiently and fill out a first time visitor form, which I did. However I proceeded to wait about 17 minutes more until she came out to greet me. Again, she is the only person working so I get why she can't just interrupt a session to greet me. I would recommend a receptionist though (who can greet, organize and prep clients while they wait). I was seen at about thirty minutes after my scheduled time however Monika was very calming, soft spoken and informative. She really knows her craft and I learned SO MUCH about the toxins our bodies harbour on a daily basis and how that is affecting our lives! The colonic is no walk in the park though, the procedure is understandably invasive but there is an odd and kind of gross sense of satisfaction in seeing the toxins flow right out of you! Expect mild to momentarily intense pain in the abdominal area such as cramps and I personally found that I had a bit of nausea up until twenty minutes after the session along with cold extremities and light headedness. I was offered a couple up-sells but decided against however you have the option of infusing water therapy with chlorophyll or wheat grass for added benefit. I regretted signing up for this about twenty minutes into the water pressure and then again during the first fifteen to twenty minutes once the tube was removed however afterward all was totally fine. My only surprise was that I got charged the tax on the Groupon vouchers and charged for the Speculum kits used as well, but all in all, if you can get a deal on the service, I recommend everyone give it a try and see if regular sessions are for you!

Monika is a wonderful therapist. She is a very professional and knowledgeable. She can make a simple colon hydrotherapy treatment a spiritual experience. After only 5 sessions not only did my face start to glow I also have lost 5 pounds and I became more centered.

I've originally purchased through Groupon a Colonic Cleansing for the first time and right off the bat, Monika made my first experience super chill. What I realized is that people do not talk about the importance of cleansing your colon whilst this organ, alone, holds a huge responsibility on your overall health. Monika is very sweet, professional and goes her way out to explain the benefits of taking care of your colon. The colon is the sanitary system of the body, and the place where waste material is stored; most of us would rather not or don’t think about it until our health becomes poor, or we feel constipated or have diarrhea. It is essential for the body to release this accumulated congestion for proper bowel movement. I would highly recommend Monika's services.

I have suffered from stomach aches and bad acne on my neck for a while now. Someone suggested I try colon hydrotherapy and I am so happy with the results it has given me. Monica is very knowledgeable and kind. She is thorough and I highly recommend her services!

I've done hydrotherapy sessions at other places where they basically give you set of instructions and then leave you alone for 45 mins (with one knock on door check-in) but Monika's sessions are the exact opposite, she's in the room the entire time to monitor, assess, adjust, ask me questions and answer my questions. She's a very caring professional which makes the session more pleasant (to a fairly uncomfortable treatment) - will be a long term client of hers.
