Great service and food can't ask for a better place to just hangout for a fun hangout with friends with no judgement and really priced out

The Wicket impresses with a menu richer (and tastier) than most pubs. Expect the right not-too-bright lighting in a cozy atmosphere. The upstairs has a darts room and smaller bar although was empty when i visited. Clientelle has a lot of regulars owing to the excellent and friendly service provided by the owner and staff. Check it out!

Terrific place! When you think of the show Cheers, think of this place! The owner Nigel is the best, huge personality and we had tons of fun. Food is real good and way better than most pubs! If you're from out of town, walk in, say so and if Nigel or Ingrid are there they will treat you like family. Located on Bloor with easy access. Love the place!

Beautiful rustic pub near High Park. Ideal to drink a beer after work. The beers are local. The service is friendly and gives tips for eating and drinking. Highly recommended!

This is a solid neighbourhood pub! I wouldn't have thought to check it out, but the google reviews convinced me otherwise. Glad I did. The atmosphere was very comfortable. There are two levels, so there is plenty of space. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. My glass was never empty before I was offered another. The food was very good as well. I got the suicide wings and they were how I like them. A slow build up of burn that stays with you long after the food is gone. If you come early (before 6 or 7pm I think) all the beers are a buck off. They also had some other cheap drinks that day as well. So, you won't break the bank having a few here. I'll definitely be back.

Decent neighborhood spot, but better options are very close by. All prices are pretty reasonable given the location. Food is pretty standard bar food, nothing has been particularly tasty over the past few times I've been. Service is friendly and fast. Would recommend if you are looking for a simple neighborhood pub.

I don't often leave negative reviews but the food was not good. The Greek salad was full of massive chunks of cheese and poorly sliced onion, the soulvaki was dry and hard, and the chicken burger was complelty burnt along with the fries. This place is great if your going for a drink, watch a game, and have some chips, but I would steer clear of the food.
