They were thorough with their treatment and explained everything I needed to do once I took my furbaby home. They treated both myself and my cat with compassion and patience. Thank you again for taking such wonderful care of my pet!

They were quick to get my cat in for his initial assessment and even squeezed us in for a follow up when my cat didn’t improve. Dr. Henry explained everything very clearly and was helpful in navigating what aspects of the treatment plan were essential and which ones we could pass on without compromising my cat’s care. They were fantastic with keeping us updated which made us feel so much better. Thanks for your help! Rudy is happy to be home, even if he looks a little silly!

She was amazing, she spent a great deal of time discussing my dog with me and for the first time ever, the vaccines were painless as if nothing had happened.She sent me home with a pain med that I never even had to uses that cost a fraction of what it cost at the after hours clinic.I am so grateful and happy with Dr Hanna and how she cared for my dog.

I have met some veterinarian's in the past that just did not care about the animal only the MONEY! Dr. Hanna deeply cares about your pet. Highly recommended her. Hunter loves her and is comfortable with her. Your pets will always let you know by there body language if your vet is good or bad. Pay attention.

J	Jason Sills on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's always a tough call trying to decide when to euthanize a much loved pet. I had rescued Seamus from an abusive situation four years ago. I have always acknowledged Seamus was not a "good dog" (multiple attempts to go after friends and family members & and the dreaded leash aggression but I was always able to manage him) but he had always been a "good dog" with me, until he wasn't. Seamus' attitude toward me began to slowly shift about 4-6 weeks ago. Two weeks ago he snarled at me while camping but ultimately behaved. Shortly thereafter we had another incident at home and finally he lunged at me last week. I was able to manage him but it was clear he meant me harm. As I could no longer trust his reactions with me, I called around only to be told no rescues would take a dog with a history of biting and a re-emerged aggressive streak. That's when I called Roncesvalles Animal Hospital. It was gut wrenching to come to the conclusion Seamus was no longer safe. But Henry and Michelle were amazing. They stayed late at the clinic to ensure there were no other dogs that might trigger Seamus in his last moments. They were gentle and patient with him. They brought me in the room to spend Seamus' last moments with him. They allowed me to stay for as long as I needed and they tried to alleviate my guilt. All and all, it was a hellish day for me and Seamus. But in that hell, Henry and Michelle provided support, space and patience. I am eternally grateful. Thanks again for your patience, understand and compassion.
J	Jesse P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're extremely helpful (I've had two cats as patients there, my newest one a kitten), the staff is awesome, and are able to squeeze you in for an appointment in emergency's (they quickly repaired my crazy kittens torn suture at no charge). They're upfront about prices and have spent time with me on the phone discussing problems with my kitten. Toronto in general has pretty insane prices for vet care though, I've called around (it's not just this place), so be aware what your getting into when you get a pet in the city... They're not cheap to have (yes, even cats), and it can REALLY suck - because when you start loving them you can't just neglect their health, so be prepared.
