★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've only had one appointment with this vet but have been a pet owner for years with a number of vets. From the get-go I've been massively impressed. Wonderful bedside manner, cost was reasonable and really felt like staff here cared, from admin to the vet himself. Will be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vet was very nice and attentive when I went in with my fog, but he was not wearing a mask (only a plastic face shield that does absolutely nothing). The clinic is also impossible to get a hold of - there is constantly a busy signal, no voicemail, no website and no email address. I live nearby but will be going to a vet further away that is easier to get in touch with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat and Dog love Dr. Koroknai, and he is friendly.... HOWEVER it is impossible to get a hold of the staff (which seem to rotate heavily). How can a business this busy and with this many clients use one phone line? No online booking system? No email. It's an ordeal to get a hold of anyone because they are too cheap to set up an extra line and voicemail and have a dedicated staff member outside all the time. The issue is they are understaffed and in the past decade overbook too. So this summer when I had an app, I went in expecting him to be there after being told he would be there only to get a agency vet...not cool because he had left early for vacation. So when I had an emergency on labour day long weekend, again he was away and they only had the office open for people to pick up dog food. I ended up finding another vet to see my dog closer. This is how you lose customers that have been with you over 30+ years, saving money on staff who make around min wage when you have a busy practice. I don't get it, but it's one of the more disappointing things I've experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best vet experience I have ever had! The staff here is incredibly compassionate and helpful, and Dr. Koroknai always made himself available and showed so much care for our two cats and dog. Would recommend to anyone looking to switch vets or on the look out for a new vet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extraordinary level of care and simple humanity. Doctors are not only excellent practitioners, but also compassionate and pragmatic people. They would never drag a suffering animal through unnecessary treatments. We have full trust in their advice. They have been taking care of our 4 cats. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best vet in Toronto, since we switched to them last year my pomeranian Leo is so well cared for. The staff and vets are beyond compassionate and clearly love animals. I have never once felt like something was overcharged or overpriced. I am so glad we found this vet :)
