K	Katie Palmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service and staff. Amazing food and prices. Absolutely LOVED the churros, the caramel sauce was homemade and to die for. I'm celiac and was so happy to fund a gluten free restaurant with gluten free food that tastes amazing!

Two tiny tacos is 12 CAD and it’s barely enough to fill you! - The food was spicy and the waiter didn’t inform us, so be careful if you are allergic to spicy food! - The patio was kinda cold! They have heater, but it was on and off!

We even tried checking out a couple other taco restaurants that were on route to El Pocho from where we were today because we were super hungry and just over 30 minutes away and both places were a bust. One place even had a sign outside that gluten free tacos and lots of gluten free options but alas the one thing my wife was craving, the fish tacos, were pre-breaded in non gluten free breading at both places! Probably wasted more time and gas seeking out other options along the way than going straight to the sure bet. We did so because we knew they were really busy and weren't sure if we would be able to get a table, but we headed there regardless and crossed our fingers. Although they were busy and we were a walk-in, the staff were super accommodating and after a short 10-15 minute wait we got a table. I would have waited longer at that point if need be because the food is that good! Fresh ingredients, made from scratch, super tangy and tasty, El Pocho hits the mark everytime with us. I even overheard our waiter tell another couple that he's been serving there for 3 years and he never tires of the food. It's that good and I highly recommend El Pocho to anyone looking for great tacos and and super safe, gluten free options that will keep you coming back for more!!

M	Maya Guedouar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were super excited with this place as we heard the tacos were wonderful. As our server came by, we were told that it was only the brunch menu available. I wish they put that somewhere on the menu to let people know. Unfortunately the brunch selection, did not live up to the taco’s reputation. We were fairly disappointed! Service was a little slow ( took about 30-40 mins to get our food), but we did not mind. The chicken tinga was on the mediocre side - Pico de Gallo was not great but the tortilla chip were amazing. As for the carne asada, it was decent and would definitely recommend over the chicken tinga. Regardless, I’d give this place another shot for the dinner time. I really want to try their tacos so hopefully that won’t be disappointing ??
L	Linna Wei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small hidden gem with great heated patio and very tentative staff. Brunch options were great and the churros were amazing, it was not greasy at all, there were crunchy and not too sweet. Will definately go back for dinner.

Everything we've tried hit the spot 100%, the taco with meat and cheese (sorry, I couldn't remember the name) is absolutely scrumptious! The Paloma I had to drink was just right, too! And the service was amazing as well! Thank you all so much!
