My partner and I have been taking our goldendoodle here since we brought him home about 6 months ago and the team here have been SO kind, informative and patient with us. Our pup just got neutered a couple days ago and we've probably called LVAH 3 times a day since with questions about his healing and every single time, they are so informative and understanding and kind! Cannot recommend more :)

Liberty Village Animal Hospital is night and day better. Nicer/more professional/more knowledgeable staff. The best thing about Liberty Village Animal hospital is that the doctors here do it because they actually care about animals. Other vets i have been to (spadina) only care about money. Again, Liberty Village is 10/10 and the best vet in the city.

They were kind and calming, and provided us with the time we needed to discuss her care. The advice was pragmatic and the decision felt informed and totally up to us. We have had a few interactions now and they are so warm and helpful, I cant imagine being happier with our experiences! And the prices seem reasonable especially given the location and quality of service, however, I have no reference point for comparison. Highly recommend!

Yes, their fees are a slightly more than surrounding clinics however, Dr. Kinzl truly cares for your pet and will go to great lengths in resolving any health problems, and providing assurances. I’ve been to five clinics already, and by far this clinic has the most friendliest and most helpful staffs. Truth be told; I had my fair share experiences of vet clinics acting as if they’re doing me a favour by providing me a service when in actuality I’m the one who’s paying them! Finally, it’s just refreshing to be able to take my pup to a clinic full of people who genuinely cares and takes you seriously.

They have never pushed any unnecessary drugs or tests. I am so sad that I had to change vets because I moved but they were so understanding.

They answered all our questions and followed up to see how our dog was doing. Pricing seemed industry standard so no complaints. Location for us if perfect as well! I recommend LV Animal Hospital to any newbies.
