★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servers were pretty slow and didn't really understand their system. Also forgot to give me dipping sauce I paid for. Pizza also was sub-par tasting wouldn't recommend - panago close-by is much better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pre-ordered a pick up special over the phone. I was told to come by for pick up in 20-25 min. When I came in, pizza wasn't ready at all and the guy in the front waved at all the orders before me. He told me I could wait another 25 minutes or cancel my order. Not a pleasant experience especially when you have guests over and we're getting the pizza for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order for two pizzas and it was accepted. Email said pickup eta approx 15 minutes.
I get there and they tell me they cancelled it as they were missing a topping. I received no notification other than an email but had already left to pick up. Why not call me and ask what topping I'd like instead of the one they don't have (their website let me order it & they accepted the order), instead of cancelling 15 mins before the pickup time.
Lazy and awful customer service.
Now I've wasted time driving there and no dinner for the fam. Thanks.
Won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a rating of 0, I would. This location is by far the worst Pizzaville location that I’ve ever been to. The staff are extremely rude and discriminate people with mask exemptions. I ordered from this location this past weekend and was supposed to get my order delivered but they didn’t have enough drivers, so I offered to come in and pick up my order only to be harassed for not being able to wear a mask. They threatened to not give me my order and when I asked the name of the worker who was harassing me, he refused, then gave it to me after asking him multiple times, ended up taking my receipt with my contact information on there and said “don’t worry, you have my name, I have yours”. Mind you, he wasn’t even wearing his mask properly either. I would never support this business again. Truthfully this location does not deserve any one’s business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pizza meal ordered, processed and enjoyed. The location convenient and covered which works well during COVID times, I was able to walk in order a large 3 topping and with a short wait time of 15mins I was on my way.
Service with a smile was all I got.
Pricing excellent at under $12 and pizza well made and delicious.
First experience at this establishment and I'm sure to be back.
