The care is currently ongoing but I have been completely reassured and satisfied. The doctor was very. Lear and patient in discussing the treatment plan and options. Only good things to say about the VEC.

It was very hard for us to hand over our Old English Sheepdog for a 3 day specialty surgery stay, this was his 2nd surgery at this hospital. We had way more anxiety and worries then our dog. However we were guided and fully informed upfront. We had multiple telephone conversations with Dr. Degroot who called us many times to provide us with information and educated us about his rare condition, she always made time for us, we appreciated her time, patience, understanding and her overall sincere caring thoughts. We also received daily early morning updates and we were able to call in anytime to get more updates on his recovery. Sincere thanks to Dr. Degroot, words can not describe how grateful we are, as Milo is recovering well at home. Sincere thanks to all of your staff for taking such great care of our dog.

The team was great and Dr French was so warm and easy to talk to. They communicated any and all costs very openly upfront and called to tell us how she was as soon as she was finished. They also checked again in a few days to make sure our pup was doing well. Couldn't have been a better experience.

The doctor spent a lot of time talking to me about my puppy’s condition and they sent me home with all of the info I needed to take care of him and monitor him. Love that they gave me the option to get his meds from Shoppers. It was pricey but emergency clinics always are. Love that he was assessed and treated immediately with no prior notice.

There are definitely mixed reviews… but what I can say from personal experience is that they are doing their very best. This clinic is hugely busy… dozens of pets and anxious families come through here everyday. The level of emotion the staff have to deal with multiple times a day would be crippling for most. Personally I know I absolutely couldn’t do it. For those that say they are only in it for they money, really stop. To run a clinic of this size with a staff large enough to provide care it must be an unbelievable undertaking. Things did not go well for me today. I had to make a very hard decision and I said goodbye to the sweetest boy, my son’s very best friend. Over the last two weeks the doctors have been patient and supportive, kind and compassionate. The cardiologist who sat with me through it all today was nothing short of professional. Thank you.

They were not only able to schedule last minute, their clinic staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are fair and I got regular updates from the vets who spent time in explaining all the procedures and costs related to them thoroughly. They also provided detailed medical summary for my records and detailed invoice - both of which were extremely helpful in getting insurance payout. Overall, excellent veterinary knowledge, service standards and everyone is treated with immense amount of respect. Will 100% go here again in case of emergencies!

We have Visited 4 department's-Emergency, Dentistry, Cardiology & Optometry. Although they are very busy, attention to detail with every aspect of our pets care is incredible! Many thanks also to Julie for making booking rechecks a breeze. When pets are our precious family members you Only Want the very Best. Well worth travelling to (1.5 hours each way). He took the time to talk to us and answer all the questions we had. It was very reassuring in such a difficult time. Our Lab was there for 24hrs. We received a follow up call from the Dr, checking on the status of our dog.
