e	eduardo caldeira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sorting out some issues with the company, I must say, I am quite surprised how the company, seems to be much better then I thought. I am editing my post because I believe the truth must be spoken It didn't start off the right way, but when the Director Operations Manager (named Stephanie) spoke with me due to schedule problems, she heard my problems and was able to resolve them quickly. After quite a few shifts done, I have to say at least where I have been working, the personal seems very well trained, opened minded and with a very positive thinking. Honestly even if there are some cons which could be the wait time for some answers via email or requests, I feel that this company cares more about their workers as well as coworkers. If you insist or call them directly it will help. But these issues normally happen everywhere, so I can give that a break and say, hope it improves. Anyways I recommend to be ambitious and honest, otherwise any company in general will pull you down and treat you how they feel like. Don't fall in the schemes, be smart and wise. Resuming Pillar is a good company to apply for in my opinion

They always have shifts and also call Uber for you sometimes to go to the site. The only problem is that they pay very less. I started at 14.25$ an hour and ended with the same. Scheduling is very professional. Every scheduler in this company in flexible and they were always helpful to me.

R	Ray Wellingson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019 had awful time with this firm and its owner as a Condo Guard. One site supervisor said I was USELESS and I had to leave. He called the owner a Mr Bennai who said yes tell him to leave, Found out later both are pals, I lingered on a bit then got laid off thankfully and found another work place, Constant turnover and nepotism.
n	neuro busters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked with them for a year. And when ever I try to book off they say it's impossible to find a replacement guard. And their dispatch team is irresponsible. They don't get back to your emails when you try to book off. They ask you to book off via their app but they don't even seem to care. They straight up denied my day off request when there was a family emergency. And they were asking proofs of travel, doctor visit appointments and everything, which is ridiculous. I don't leave a lot of reviews but I must say, I regret working with them. But the site supervisor was kind. And I don't want to disclose the names. Thanks it wasn't great working with you for the minimum wage you pay
