I watched the talk security guard dealing with a very unruly customer who was trying to steal a product from the store. I was so surprised that he continued to address the person as Sir through the whole conversation. He politely took control of the situation and escorted the man outside the store. I'm a senior and I felt very safe shopping in that store when he was up there.

The individual that services us is Derek. He is FANTASTIC! He is professional, friendly and when we need him to respond to a possible scenario he is there and handles himself very professionally. The security guard named Derek welcomed me into the store and made me feel very comfortable about shopping at the store. Upon leaving he even told me to have a nice weekend which made me feel at ease . I felt very secure knowing he was there. I am a senior (74 years old) and I will definitely be shopping there again. Thank you Lionguard for hiring such a nice young man.

I ran across lion guard security guards at two different locations, shoppers drug mart and the Loose Moose restaurant on Front street. I found these guards professional, friendly and and a pleasure to deal with. Derek the guard at the loose moose was screening for COVID certificates at the door. While doing so he welcomed us and even recommended menu selections. He even held the door open for us and wished us a pleasant evening on the way out. Keep hiring terrific guards Lion guard.If I ever need security I will definitely contact Lion Guard Security.
