They always were responsive to our concerns over her increasing health issues, always offering practical and appropriate care. The kindness and compassion they showed to us at the end of Rosie’s life was so appreciated and touching. Now during the pandemic, clients are unable to go into the building with their pet. Staff come outside to take your pet inside to a vet to be checked out. The staff are all very caring about everyone 's pets.

The receptionist was incredibly rude and arrogant/unprofessional and unwilling to be ever so slightly flexible to accommodate its clients needs. You might have had your busiest year given Covid but that's no reason for you to start treating your clients poorly and exhibit snobbish behaviour. Many people have shared similar experiences lately on local neighbourhood social groups as well. To anyone considering the Kingsway Animal Hospital, do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere, there are plenty of kind, compassionate and professional vets in the area that will take excellent care of your beloved pets.

They're easily accessible with ample parking whether on site, on street or greenp lot across the street. As soon as you arrive you can feel the positive energy just when the window opens and you're greeted. The staff are always awesome at taking care of our boy Loki even though at times he can be a bit of a drama queen. They've been awesome at accommodating us even on short notice at times which is always appreciated. Special thanks to Dr Chris and Dr Grieve for being the ones to usually see Loki. Not sure what we'd do without you?

Communication was great, she was very sympathetic and showed great care/concern for our dog - exactly what any client needs and want for their furbaby. Thank you for all your help Emily!!

The are a bit more expensive but they don't upsell and try to provide extra services which means they probably aren't any more than other vets. Been going there for 14 years, even after moving away from the area, and can't imagine going anywhere else.

They care for my 12 year old chocolate lab with love, and are always open to discussions regarding her care. I wouldn’t trust my big girl with any other team! Thank you!
