★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel to stay at in Kamloops. Clean lobby/rooms and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had great amenities including wifi, Chromecast and water in the fridge. Located across the road from a great liquor store and Korean BBQ place of your looking for dinner. Definitely recommend the Cora's breakfast restaurant next door aswell. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Everyone from the owner to the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff were friendly, professional and helpful for my entire visit. The room I had was clean, modern and comfortable for a business stay. I had a couple of not so great experiences in the Twisted Steak, so would never recommend the restaurant, but as for the hotel itself - top notch service all around! Many thanks and kudos to the staff for being so sharp and professional!

Rooms are vaguely cleaned regularly in a sort of rushed fashion, nearly always forget towels, recycling or something, I've been out of shampoo for a week.
Great pool, water slide, sauna and decent weight room
Food is expensive but decent
Nice servers, bar manager makes it obvious customers are only 'tolerated'.
They have laundry facilities but refuse to offer coinage to operate them, instead suggesting one 'walk to a gas station for change', very classy.
Rooms are a little noisy but pleasantly renovated, every pillow for some reason keeps your head half a foot elevated for that sore neck type of sleep
This place is operated for profit alone, go to one of the dozen other hotels on the strip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's just ok. The good goes to the front desk staff who are awesome! It goes downhill after that. The rooms need some updating and housecleaning needs to step up their game. Depending on where you are located in the hotel, the road outside can also be annoying. It's not a terrible hotel, but I'm lost as to how it gets the Premier tag.
