★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried calling one of the London locations ( Richmond St. North ) today about car audio products and was unable to speak with anyone - the voice mail system would not allow it.
I did manage to speak with someone at your home office and was told they were not accepting calls. I operate a business in which we stress customer service. Obviously you do not operate the same way.
I won't be visiting your store anytime soon!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out for this places cridet card fraud from them employees ordering me another tv. That what happens when future shop does not exist. Bestbuy thinks hey Monopoly. Let's scam the world good choice wrong generation to mess with. Not mad just annoyed.. maybe stop robbing the honest people and start robbing yourself. It's not a concept it's more of a dammed by the public now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 gaming laptops there and both were defective. They returned them with no problems then upsold me a laptop because they had no more of the current laptop in stock (Not that I wanted it anyways). They upsold me a “better” laptop which I told them I use for streaming and the laptop didn’t even come with a webcam. I was not told this I asked if it had all the same features as the previous one which they said it did. I won’t mention any names but they clearly didn’t care about what I needed and only cared about the sale which is discouraging. I won’t be buying anything else from this store as they only care about a sale and not about my needs as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudos to Mustafa!!!! I'm so grateful for the assistance I received today from Mustafa. Technology can be a little more difficult when you get older. Mustafa enhanced my knowledge - he was very friendly, smiled, showed interest in my questions, willing to take the time needed to help me understand items and options. I was very impressed. He represents Best Buy really well, he provides excellent customer service, is considerate and is a great asset to the Best Buy Team!!!
Along with Mustafa, Marcus took the time to chat with me about the excellent service that I received. As a manager, he provides excellent customer relations!!!
In a world where there are so many complaints, especially over the past two years, it's nice to provide a five start review where it is truly deserved!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Buy staff sold me wrong printer paper and refuses to exchange as after time allowed. Manager suggests coaching his team to perhaps stop further instances. I say great but will not be my first stop for technology going forward. Shop Best Buy for service and informed staff. If you can’t offer that or make it right for your mistake goodbye!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tyler turned up magically near us at the store just when we needed him the most. The rest was an awesome experience.
We planned to purchase several appliances, including some major ones. Tyler guided us through the tech and other specs of each of them, and quickly helped us arrive at purchase decisions. He then guided us through the rest of the purchase process.
We have since received the appliances and they have been perfect for our requirements. Tyler is well-informed, efficient and has a calm manner which instantly puts customers at their ease. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you, Tyler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall is okay. I purchased different stuffs for my home. I like people who work in the keyboard area. They understand their products very well and my needs. They have passion on explaining the products. I love my purchase. But for home appliances I probably would go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a decent experience here. I found what i was looking for. The only thing i wish bestbuy could allow was a raincheque for items. I find that bestbuy sells out really really fast and are not stocked up well enough on more popular items. So when i went to get my item, sold out so quickly. Overall, its clean, friendly staff and lots of parking. I would recommend this location.
