★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The website for ordering curbside pickup should be listed here or on the store website, I had to call to get it and then I ended up having to call to put my order in because the website didn't say which items are in stock at a certain location and only let me pickup from the Richmond Hill location.
The worker who answered my calls was very helpful though and the store has a good range of products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting this location since it opened. The staff have always been great and I've always found what I need.
I've also been having my hair cut here for several years now. Although the stylists have changed several times I've always been very happy with my cuts. Being a retired hairdresser I am able to do my own colour but when the time comes I'll be having it done here because the prices are excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As another review suggested, this store closed earlier than it was supposed to. We got there at 6.30pm (says open until 7pm) and the doors were shut and no note on the door. This probably means that it’s quite usual for them to close early, which makes me not want to try and visit it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience at the Beauty Supply Outlet. I needed a new hair dresser because my old one moved away. At first, I was a little hesitant on where to go and who to trust because I grew my hair out and couldn't risk it. I've been coming here for products in the past years but never thought to get my hair done here. The owner and management are all new as of the past few months. It looks like they're amidst revamping the place and putting different products in which is awesome too. ?
Holly did an AMAZING job on my hair. I got blonde balayage done and a cut and it feels silky smooth through and through. She is very particular and makes sure everything is perfect. She was great at explaining the process and helpful with which products to use on my hair to maintain it. I really love and appreciate when someone is passionate about their job and Holly's care and job ethic truly showed. We needed a bit more time and she even stayed after hours in order to complete it (my hair was very fragile from previous bleach). She also teaches hair so you know you're getting the best. ❤️
My husband LOVED it when I got home with my new hair ?I highly recommend and I'll definitely going back here for upkeep. Thank you!
