★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As instructed, we arrived at the place a few minutes early. We were greeted pleasantly and the staff wasted no time giving us further info about vaccinating Alice and Bella, our 2 cats, and putting our mind at ease with their process. I failed to ask the staff her name, she was awesome and we thank her so much. We will be seeing them again for the next appointments. We're looking forward to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my cat to neuter and one of her claws of each forehand is gone. This is really terrible, she becomes very sensitive whenever I try to touch her paw or to trim her nails. I cannot imagine how she have been treated by the staff on that day….. if you don’t like cats it’s fine but there’s no excuse to hurt them. I am shocked about how cruel they are and really disappointed about SPCA clinic and will never ever sent my other cat to them anymore!

My dogs were terrorized when vet time was close, then we changed vets and now they have no fear to get into the clinic. It takes more than a month to have an appointment for it has been worth it so far. They have been neutered, vaccinated, treated, etc and so far excellent service.veru recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had such a good experience with the SPCA hospital that I had to review! My female cat had to be spayed and micro chipped. I wanted to get a better rate than our vet and contacted the SPCA Vancouver hospital. Not only were the costs 50% less but the staff from start to finish were helpful and informative throughout the process. Highly recommend !
